Providing profound experiences in God's creation. Mt. Cross Ministries is a Lutheran summer camp and retreat facility. Established in 1948, Mt. Cross is the only Lutheran Outdoor Ministry in Northern California and Northern Nevada and is affiliated with the Sierra Pacific Synod of the ELCA and the California-Nevada-Hawaii District of the LCMS. It is a member of Lutheran Outdoor Ministries, an association of ELCA camps across the country.
I am 56 and soon to be 57 years old My sister were just talking about Mt. Cross and she mentioned it was still operational. We had so much fun and memories. So many camp fire songs I still remember, and sing to my grandchildren. God bless you all for being a big part of my life. JOANNE GREEN

Excellent camp! They not only discuss God’s love, but the hospitality shows it! Very biblically focused and Christ centered. I highly recommend Mt. Cross!
