Mark took over this business recently and is eager to earn the trust of and build his reputation with the community. Hes knowledgeable and friendly. His son Dillon works with him. I took a chance and had them work on my suspension. I was given a nice loaner car - very convenient! They did the job in a couple of hours. They did a thorough inspection and found some minor issues that are helpful to know. They charged less than was quoted at other businesses. I’m hopeful that I can continue the relationship because my car needs a lot of maintenance work!

We were stuck nearby on a road trip and our brakes were smelling and it was a Saturday and we had commitments in the bay area and then farther north and I’ve never met someone so nice as this mechanic owner and he just got us on our way with absolute Generosity and good service
I never ever review anything, but I had to review this guy!!

I had to have a tire replaced , I scheduled an appt for this morning , Henry Carlos and Erica were very accommodating and the work was done great as well as fast! I’m very happy with the customer service and the professionalism shown with the care of my car ! Also Masoods store is right next door , i bought a coffee and A Ferrells donut ! Not good!Took my motorcycle wheel to thereShop for a front tire mount and balance.They told me I could have it done the same day over the phone.When I got there the lady at the desk said it would need to be left over night.I was then quoted two different prices! One over the phone and one in person. Must have been the mountain special.Came back the next day and the technician informed me that their machine could not balance the tire???Had to take it somewhere else to have that done.Get back home and realized that they had the direction wrong, not to mention that they stripped one of my disk break mounting bolts.Called then to ask if they could remount the tire in the correct direction and the lady at the front desk hung up on me....Now I'm $25 to get it mounted incorrectly at Henry's shop,$20 to get it balance correct.$30 to order the stripped hardware replacements.And about another $10 In gas.$85 and a headache, for something that should of only cost $40.Bottom line is to take to someone that will do it right and not hang up on you when you call back!Here are some picks if you think im exaggerating!

Henry is a crook. It is common knowledge to not use him as your mechanic if you want it done right. He will over charge you for shoddy work. He constantly berates his workers in front of other people. Funny cause his workers are the only good thing about his shop.Services: Auto body & trim replacement

Got a flat while on a day trip. We quickly put our spare tire on ourselves and called them. They said they would take us (busy Saturday at 13:00). So grateful. Their service was kind, quick and well done. We really appreciate their repair (it was a big one!) and promised us they would be done in an hour, but they were done in 40 min. Thank you again!!

Henry tried to tell me my rack and pinion had to be replaced. This was after he put breaks on my truck. There's nothing wrong with my power steering at all. I don't recommend anyone going there. A major rip off!
