“Most Costco Gas Stations are in the same parking lot as the Costco Warehouse. However, this is not the case for the Costco Gas Station in Santa Cruz. My friend missed it, and I almost did, too! I had to drive a circle in the block to discover that the gas station was across the street from Costco.
This Costco Gas Station is a little less crowded than most of the others I have been to. Maybe a lot of people don’t see them. Lol! The price of gasoline and diesel is very reasonable. The gas station is clean, and all the pumps were working when I was there.”
“I have gotten gas here for years. The gas prices are among the best in town. On top of that, they fill propane tanks and have a small convenience store. The air pump usually works. The main problem here is that the pumps are beat up, with keypads falling off, sometimes held on by black electrical tape. They've had skimmer incidents in the past, as at many other local stations, and the sketchy condition of the pumps has led me to come here less often.”
“Good prices on gasoline. Nice owners and family that work there. The only complaint is that they smoke cigarettes and it stinks up the whole place. I have smelled smoke inside their store before. Not a good thing to do if you want to have good customers.”

“Went there for last minute smog. They went out of there way to help me. I was there no more than 20 mins. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable . They saved me so much extra work by providing such fast professional service. Not to mention very affordable. Going there again today to smog my other vehicle. 100% hands down.”
“On my way back home from Monterey, I stopped here to get gas and the prices were surprisingly better than other locations.I didn't go inside to pay, just paid at the pump with card, but overall it was a pretty standard gas experience, just considerably better priced. Not to mention, easy to get back on the highway.Overall, it helped me get my tank full to head home and covered me for the week. It seems like a popular place everyone heads to, always a good sign!”

“I went to see a friend, and she came here to get her gas tank filled. She told me that there comes a point in life when you have to give credit where credit is due. Even to the gas station. She even told me that the prices at Quick Stop gas station are always lower than the other places nearby, and the cashiers are always friendly, and it's conveniently located between her workplace and home. As a result, expect a lot of traffic in this station at all times. She had no idea how they kept the place so cheap, but you can't go wrong even if you're a brand loyalist. We had a good time there and even bought some snacks to enjoy on the road. I would highly recommend this gas station if you are in Soquel area.”
“So on the merits is a really great place. Been going in there over 20 years for all sorts of stuff. I like the staff and they're very helpful. Just understand that this place is unique and sometimes an employee can be a little salty. However they are really kind people all around. I talk to Scotty and Jeff the most and they're awesome. The people working there work VERY hard and are pulled in multiple directions all day and night all the time. It's pretty high volume place so please understand this when it's busy. They love fast and will take care of you. But this is a small operation. They've saved us multiple times over the years through all kinds of natural disasters when the power was out and roads were closed. Often they were the only ones pumping gas and filling propane bottles for our vehicles and generators . So I'm very fond of the place and the people that work there.”
“I have popped into this establishment twice. It was memorable both times as the man behind the counter, Shere Khan, was over the top kind and helpful each time. They have a great kratom selection with excellent prices. I pop in all the time to re-up!”

“Folks, there is no better feeling than an early morning pit-stop for fuel @ Safeway Gas on 41st Ave... and receiving a bonus of $1 shaved off the fairly decent price of petrol at this particular station. Scoring a full top off for the vehicle & getting 5+ gals in the can for $3.69/ gal.

“Upon arrival, I somehow had a bee inside my sandal and then was stung by it before I could get it out. We were just picking up some gallons of water, but I was in lots of pain. The gentleman at the register asked if I was ok, and I let him know what happened. He was so sweet and gave me Neosporin which I applied immediately and had relief from the pain. This type of service is above and beyond in my eyes. Thank you so much!”
“Clean and well-maintained. You can actually wash your windows here. And this is one place I don't worry too much about having my card skimmed at the pumps. C-store is small but has basics for travellers.”

“This place is my go-to for late night gas or snacks because it's so close to my house. The staff is always helpful and the place is clean and well lit. I don't normally rate gas stations, but if the service is good, why not?!”

“Most of the times I fill up my car here at chevron. And recently they also have b20 biodisel and e85 gasoline. However, since the upgrade, their new pumps shows ads and random videos which sometimes is somewhat inconvenient. Doecially when you're in a hurry and need a receipt. Other than that glad they're around the corner and at a convenient location.”

“I recently stayed and released from SCPA and wished to express my gratitude for the care I received from the entire staff. From the top down, and that many of them went out of their way to make sure I was made comfortable and treated with respect. It was a bit overwhelming at first, trying to remember everyone's name and their position due to the number of people admitted and the number of employees it takes to oversee such a complex, as well as the three shifts per day rotations.Nothing in life is perfect, and I admit I had a few issues with a few that acted independently of the mission of SCPA and why I gave them (4) four stars, in which is a honest and fair rating. If I hadn't experienced those issues from the few independent individuals who were being difficult by acting out from what is normally required from them, otherwise I would have given this facility a (5) five-star rating. That said, I miss the many who are truly wonderful people with big hearts and are amazing professionals who work at SCPA. I wish to personally say thank you.Wishing you All the Best !!”

“This place is the best! I always get my gas here using the Chevron app which is super convenient and saves me money. Especially at the beginning with the great introductory offer. Shari the manager and Wendy the assistant manager and the entire staff are lovely people who always bring a smile to my face when I stop in for my coffee. The best and cheapest coffee around and with the loyalty program every 5th cup is free!!! Also amazing! Have been going here for many years now and it is literally the best part of every morning!”

“Today we took our RV in for propane and gas. The gentleman helping us was a true professional. The gas station was very very busy and this young man, was on top of it all.
