Twice I went to pick up my clothes during posted business hours and the lights were out and shop was closed. I mentioned this to person helping me. She shrugged and didn’t respond. I won’t be back.

I just started to use their service . The turnover is one week. This is just a storefront (their plant is somewhere else) it feels like a waiting room, very well organized and clean but no soul to the place. The service was courteous and polite but felt cold. Maybe I get to develop a relationship with the lady and it will be a warmer encounter .... I'll update later

Stay away from this place. I left two leather IRO jackets for Vogue and specifically asked if they worked with leather. They said that they did. They lied. The tickets and the lady said that my jackets should be ready on August 13, 2021, several weeks later. I explained that I was going out of the country and needed my jackets prepared by August 23, 2021. My husband went to pick them up and told him that they couldn't find the jackets. We are speaking here about two + 1,000 US dollars leather jackets that my daughter and I bought together and expected to wear for a long time. I spoke with Michael and told him that I wanted the reimbursement or the jackets back without any service done. This gentleman said I had to "speak" with some cleaners in Stockton, 101 miles away from my house, and ask them to find my jacket. I never did any business with a place in Stockton. I went close to my home for convenience as I could have gone to San Francisco, close to work. I never got my jacket back, nor Vogue paid for the garment. I am appalled by their level of responsibility, cynicism, and dishonesty. Besides having lost my jacket, Vogue lied multiple times. I wouldn't trust a piece of kleenex to these people. I will press charges and open a case with the small business bureau.

Tried this cleaner about 4 times now and they've already made 3 mistakes - promised ready time for hemming which they missed twice (so I had to go by to see if they were ready) - they ask me for my credit card only to be reminded they already have it in their system (it's like the dark ages compared to other businesses who are using IT - they promised delivery then (1) didn't deliver (I live 5 min away) so I had to pickup (2) then was told I have to fill out a form and the "manager would call me" and (3) the manager did not call me They either don't care about their advertised delivery service, they're incompetent as a business (I built 5 vc backed startups but I don't think my bar is that high) or both. I would drive another 10 min and find another cleaner who is friendly, competent and doesn't make false promises Might file a report with better business bureau actually

I was quoted a price of seven dollars to dry clean and press my jeans which is what I normally pay waited 3 days no crease and 12 bucks a pair, "oh sorry she must have made a mistake" come back tomorrow at 4! WHAT A RIP OFF!

I've given them so many chances but the staff is super unfriendly, & they only seem to be able to take cash payment even though they take your card and type all the numbers into their system and then claim that the card doesn't work when other cleaners have proper payment systems where everything does work. They never remember who you are even when you're a loyal customer for several years. It's also quite expensive and takes a while to receive your items since they send it out. 2 stars because they actually clean pretty well and are conveniently located but everything else makes it an unpleasant experience to deal with them. If they would just upgrade their payment systems and maybe smile learn about customer relations they can really turn this place around.
