“I couldn't imagine a better experience than the one we just had at D & K. After the entire length of my car was scratched by a fallen tree, I was certain it was going to need a new paint job. My husband brought it in to D&K and Francisco recommended buffing it out to see if the scratches could be removed.When I went to pick up my car I could not believe my eyes - Francisco and his team had worked magic and and flawlessly buffed out all the damage. My black paint looks amazing!Not only is this shop great at what they do, they are reasonably priced and extremely kind.I would not hesitate to return to D&K and highly recommend them.”

“Jose and the team are honest, helpful mechanics. I was quoted over $900 to fix an engine sensor in my Volvo. The wait time was about 2 weeks. Metric Motors replaced the sensor with a Volvo factory piece for $300. Even better, the repair was done in one day. I've brought my car back multiple times and always receive great service. Jose is always reachable by text and can usually get you in within a day or two. Highly highly recommend!”

She was very straightforward and provide clear concise communications about the work I needed and revised estimate. Convenient appointment setting online. I was impressed by the paperwork checklist on the services and inspections the technician(s) performed, but all that is nothing to how much better the car drives after the service. Of concern to me was resetting the Maintainance Message and Yellow Wrench, which I had lived with for a year, because the prior technician could not find a OBD tool to complete. Mission accomplished! The car was ready to roll, windows cleaned, all before the time they originally promised and they also gave me a loaner which was super cool.”

“Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! After a collision my car needed a rear bumper replacement. Kevin told me to come in at my convenience for an estimate, which to me meant ASAP. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. “Recently went here looking for a car and was greeted by a gentleman Dennell Hayes. This guy was AMAZING, Amazing doesn't even describe the way he was. He was ever I would want for someone and myself when looking at buying a car. Dennell was very attentive, understanding, down to earth, and a real individual. He made it very clear about the deal that we made and didn't put any pressure on me and made sure I was comfortable with all the financing and decisions. He knew buying a car is a very big purchase and didn't rush me in any of my decision making and made sure I was able to take my time and not feel rushed. He also went above and beyond and tried to help me get things settled on his day off so that when coming to buy the car it was a smooth transition. As well as made sure I was able to take multiple looks at the vehicle per my request which im sure got annoying haha! Lastly he has the dopest test drive route id recommend going at night and day just to get the full experience and get too look at the overall of the car. “My car broke down on the freeway on a Sunday and I had it towed to Pat's because I knew they would be able to help and would have a parking spot for me. On Monday when I called them they got straight to work diagnosing the problem. As usual, they were very clear about what absolutely needed to get done for the car to function safely and what was a nice to have (My car is old and not worth a lot so it's good to have all my options given to me clearly!) “Brought my RR Sport in this morning to get this annoying rattle fixed. Jack and I took a short drive around the block and he immediately knew what the problem was. After we got back to the shop, he slid under the car and fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Just as he suspected, the hand break cord fell out of the clip and he simply snapped it back in place. Didn't charge me anything. I can't tell you what an unexpected surprise it was to find someone with that kind of integrity. He really could have taken advantage of me, as I even told him that a buddy of mine that knows cars thought it was something more serious.From now on, I will be bringing my RR Sport here for everything.”

“Tire repair Monday, December 18, 2023. It was raining and they had just opened the shop with customers ahead of me. I explained to the service writer (Naomi?) that I had a nearly 500 mile trip ahead of me and would appreciate anything she could do to expedite my repair. She assured me that she would do whatever possible but that there were 3 vehicles already in front of mine. As I was leaving I overheard her talking to the mechanic to put me at the front of the line because of my upcoming travels. I walked back to the hotel and within an hour they called back saying that the tire had been fixed. The charge was much less than I anticipated and I was on my way much sooner than I was anticipating. I'd give them a thousand stars if was possible. Huge THANK YOU to R & S!!!”
