I ordered the large sectional couch from them in May of last year and even though they advertised \"Fast Shipping\" the couch took almost 2 months longer than the 4-6 weeks they said it would take to be delivered. Once I received the couch, 75% of the natural color cushions had stains on them, many of them multiple, and most on both sides of the cushions. I contacted them and gave them all the photos they requested to confirm the stains and they said they would send out replacements asap. It took 6 months to get replacements for the back cushions and I've been emailing and attempting to get the replacement bottom cushions now for over 8 months. Absolutely beyond disappointing customer service and would never purchase from them again.

We spent $2245 on a sectional and a chair from Ajna Living in August 2017. This is what is looks like now. It has actually been falling apart for a few years. Every time I reach out to the company (Jeremy), I get nowhere. We are extremely disappointed.

We ordered an outdoor table and chairs from this company. Royal Teak Collection. We ordered in September with an expected delivery date of November. We went with Anja Living because they had a fast delivery for the outdoor table even though it was more expensive than the table and chairs from Rooms to Go. Well it is now the end of June and we still do not have the table. Excuse after excuse. At first we were able to get responses from Anja Living but now no one responds at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We have been able to get in touch with Royal Teak directly, however they keep giving us false information. Now they are saying they have the table at their warehouse but they are unsure when it will be shipped. How are you unsure when our table will be shipped? We have been waiting for 9 months.

I placed an order a month ago and have been trying to get an order status for a few weeks now. No response and no ability to get in touch with them by phone. Are they still in business? I have multiple friends who own this furniture, but they all received it when the company was under previous ownership. From what I can tell, they are now simply a drop ship company with no customer service or other personnel to help with orders, warranty etc. I would steer clear of Ajna.

I ordered an outdoor couch and outdoor dining table last May. The outdoor couch came delayed (somewhat expected with Covid chain supply issues) but the outdoor dining table has yet to come and it will be almost a year of waiting. I tried for almost 3 weeks to get in touch with somebody who finally responded that it will be early May. I have reached out since I have gotten no updates and it is early May. Worst delay I’ve ever experienced and extremely poor customer service. When I ordered last year they were much more responsive no idea what happened but would never recommend. I will say I like the royal teak outdoor couch but you could find quality products elsewhere with better customer service and communication

We put in a pool and we’re so excited to find this great-looking outdoor furniture at such a great price to complete the outdoor living...until the wicker arms started cracking and coming apart! By the time I finally was able to find and connect with the company (I was diagnosed with breast cancer and going through treatments for a year), it was just over 2years since we purchased. Even though I explained all that and that the damage began way before the 2 year mark. I asked to be connected to management to get some help, but got no one. We are so disappointed. It ended up being a big bummer and waste of money! Don’t waste yours! I can’t access my photos but it looks like all the other photos in the other above photos- the wicker completely breaking apart!

The pictures looked great online and they are not cheap. We paid over $2k for our set that we purchased in 2017 and use it a few times a year during the summer months. The rest of the year, they are covered. Unfortunately, the wicker started to fall apart and separate from the couch after 4 years of light use. It’s left sharp pieces of wicker poking out. Next time, I’ll spend a little more at pottery barn or Costco. .

We are absolutely thrilled with this outdoor furniture! We placed our order about 2 months into the pandemic so we anticipated shipping would be delayed longer than normal. However, this was well worth the wait. The high quality and thickness of the product is easily noticeable. Taylor was phenomenal to work with and very responsive - he even called me on a Saturday evening to share an update. Not only did the furniture exceed our expectations, but the Ajna Customer Service crew did as well. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

We bought our Anja furniture 3 1/2 years ago. After we had the set about 2 years, the weaving on the arms started to break. It kept getting worse, until as you can see they've completely unraveled and are not usable. Just touching the arms makes them crumble. I think they should have lasted longer than 2 years! Sent a note, and photo, to Anja support but never heard back.

I purchased the Lux 5 piece sectional and 2 Lux chairs last September. I was disappointed as soon as we received the order.A seat cushion was missing and one of the back cushions was a completely different height than the rest. In addition, the cushions themselves are uncomfortably hard! Not just firm...they are hard with little to no give at all. To sit on them for 20 minutes or more is so uncomfortable. This was a huge disappointment as the website and videos online specifically say how comfortable and soft they are. For $3600 I expect higher quality. There is also no connector to hold the individual sectional pieces together.I reached out to customer service immediately to let them know of the missing cushion, sizing issue of the other cushion and lack of connectors. They asked for photos, measurements, etc. After many, many emails, photos and texts I was told people often purchase replacement cushions for the pieces. Really? I just spent thousands of dollars on this furniture and I'm being told to buy replacement cushions?!At this point, with the missing cushions, hard cushions that I did have and no connector to hold the sectional together, I asked to return everything. The website says they offer 30 day hassle free returns. Nope! They said I would need to pay for return shipping and restock fees. I did finally receive 2 replacement cushions a month later. In the end, I kept the set, but I still dread sitting on it:(When I placed my order, I was told by the person that answered the phone, they had just purchased the company and were trying a new manufacturer. That should have been a red flag. Perhaps the cushions and quality control were better with the original owners. My guess is the new owners tried to cut costs with cheaper cushions and cheaper manufacturing. The cushions are supposed to be Sunbrella, yet they hold onto the slightest bit of dirt and are terrible to clean. I've never had that happen with my other Sunbrella outdoor cushions. These look dirty all the time.

When our furniture arrived last month we were very happy to see how beautiful it looked and very high quality. It was a pleasure to just take it out of the box and put it on the deck with no assembly needed. I bought the 5 pc Villa set in wicker which was very thoughtfully designed. I wanted to use it as a sectional, but it can be arranged into two couches if you have extra company, it doesn't have that awkward pie shaped piece in the corner. The owners of this company have great pride in their product and it shows with the thoughtful design, high quality and great customer service throughout the transaction. I would be more than happy to recommend them and their product.

Ajna was recommended by a friend who bought their furniture as we were having a very hard time finding good patio furniture at a decent price. We found what we wanted on their website and Dan at Ajna helped me thru the process. We’ve had the furniture for about a month now and love it. We got the 5 piece wicker villa set, with he oyster (almost white) sunbrella cushions. It finishes our patio. Looks beautiful and is very very comfortable. Wife and kids love it and even tho I always have spent a lot of time on my patio I’m out there even more now. Only hing i wish Ajna had was matching furniture covers for the set. I went on Amazon to get covers that I really like (duck covers) but they don’t fit perfectly. Maybe hook up with them and offer covers that fit the Ajna furniture perfectly? Otherwise everything has been great. Big thanks to Dan at Ajna for all the help!

Beautiful gas tank cover from Elementi just arrived. Love the quality. Elementi took a lot of time to get the item to Ajna, but with the pandemic there have been a lot of delays. I am thankful for Ajna's excellent customer service. Dan and everyone was very responsive.

Ordered a furniture set and rug almost 4 weeks ago. I received the rug after 1 week. I then received an email saying the furniture set was delayed and would ship on June 12th. On June 11th I follow up with customer support to confirm my furniture was still on schedule to ship the following day. I received a quick response from the service rep stating my furniture would still ship on Jun 12th. 4 days later and my furniture has not shipped and the support reps have gone silent on me. Where is my furniture?
