I run a small business from my home and I go to this post office branch weekly to do large mailings, send priority packages, etc. The staff there are ALWAYS so helpful, patient and pleasant. The customer service has always been excellent and professional and they treat each customer with respect and courtesy. I would go out of my way to go to this branch because of the staff alone!

The staff at this branch of the USPS is always very kind and helpful. I go there all the time, and always leave feeling like I've been treated with kindness and respect. It seems common to hate government workers, but gosh, these folks just prove they're looking out for us.

Sometimes I wonder if USPS staff receive their training by the military, because today I was treated like a young cadet who needed to learn how to follow the officer's rules when labelling my parcel to Germany (the officer being half my age).Anyhow, $60 for shipping a small parcel to Germany is rather cheap these days. I had been at FedEX first, and then decided to go with USPS since I was shocked by the high FedEX fees ($220).I decided to view the military training that I received today as a bonus.

Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude for no reason, cut me off and ignored me several times to turn around and start speaking to eachother in their language, chinese or whatever. Made me feel as if they were discriminating me because im different minority than they are. Refused to help me set up general delivery. Dont go there if you need help. Don't go at all

the worst experience when sending an international document. I'm still waiting for it to arrive and they said that in 10 days the delivery would be liars and irresponsible.

Most days I ship, the transactions are usually easy and I'm in and out within 10 minutes. The postal office employees are usually nice and I can go about my day.Today, I made the mistake of having my package being 1 ounce over the limit for this particular service. That's fine, I can pay the additional fee. What was frustrating was that my previous label was not nulled & refunded, on top of being charged for the second label. Furthermore, the clerk denied me access taking pictures of the new label created before shipping. Having the receipt is fine, but it didn't have my recipient's name on it. All around annoyance, but I don't foresee issues with future transactions so this is a rare instance.

Parvin -the so called manager is a complete waste of space and resource for the post office. She is truly the worse person to deal with. Twice I have head her tell me she could not do anything because that's just how it is and it's not her job. There is absolutely no sense of ownership. The first time I had bought a book of messed up stamps. One side was ok and the other was cut in the wrong place. She wouldn't take them back because she said she had no authority to authorise it. I called the next day and the manager Anthony took care of it quickly with no problem, and simply replaced the bad stamps. These were for my holiday cards so didn't want any trouble having them delivered. Second time, I couldn't make a passport appointment online so I called and she told me to come in to make an appointment with the clerk. I get there and she says she can't help me, "it's not their problem it's the passport agency's problem". Well as an agent office and so called "manager" maybe you could make a call and try to escalate the issue. She is so lazy and simply gives lots of excuses and rude to the customers to boot. No empathy at all as I had minor children with me and they require appointments to renew with both parents present. She just laughed and said it's not her problem and insinuated I was upset because I couldn't have an appointment. Yes, because she told me to come in and even more upsetting is that she wouldn't take ownership and as a manager try to find a solution rather than laugh and pass the buck. Simply ridiculous to make someone a manager who just passes the blame around and this is the exact type of person that gives the postal service it's bad reputation. The other ladies are nice or try to be helpful but they just shrink around her and her attitude. I hope Anthony reads this and makes some much needed changes. It's sad as I use to love this location. By the way, I called the San Carlos post office and they were able to help me. Parvin is useless.

Went for passport renewal service. The agent was super helpful as we didn't have copy of one of the document and he took a copy for us. Then he also helped with money order. It was in and out quick and easy process.
