Shout out to Mason for great service. I don't use UPS a lot, but when it rains it pours. I scheduled an appointment for a notary as well as fingerprinting for a background check, but also needed to send out 1 return package and pick up one envelope for a second package to send out.Mason managed everything really well, answered my questions about the services I'm not super knowledgable on, and managed to help out other customers in parallel (he was the only one working in the morning) so that I didn't have to hold anyone up. Two 30-minute appointments took us less than 15 minutes to sort out and he demonstrated good rapport with a regular I noticed dropping by.
