“8/2023-Mostly a positive experience with checkout except their truck photos didn't show a big paint chips on the hood which I disputed before checking out. Checking in was mostly positive except the cashier was unknowledgeable about how charges would be badge if different from the original estimate.3/2020-I was so reluctant to use these guys after reading all the horrible reviews but I didn't have any other choices for an in-city move small pickup truck. Booked online the night before and price was reasonable. Moving day and visited store and declined the extra liability coverage ($10). Their online check-in and acceptance procedure was fairly painless. Although the photos they presented was the truck very clean and washed but when I got it the interior and exterior were a bit dirty but not a huge deal. I still took my own photos just in case. About 15 min and was out the door. $20 + $0.79/mile. 2 hours later and returned with gas replaced. A few extras miles was accrued and charged. I think I was very lucky compared to all the previous reviews.”

We did set up the appointment for the next day, so came at my appt and all works very fast and easy, once Returned the vehicle just drop the vehicle give them the keys and thats it! “This is my first time renting a storage unit and Manuela made it so easy for me to move in! I filled out everything online so it made the process so much easier. They also have moving carts to help load everything into your unit which is super convenient. The building is really secure and has a lot of different measures to make sure the right person has access to their unit. Manuela is awesome because she showed me how to navigate the halls and showed me how the locks work (she's also super friendly and great to talk to!) I would definitely get a cylinder lock from the office if you have the money to spare. Also, more importantly (to me) most of the units are inside a building rather than just out in the open.”
