“Stephanie was great helping me outside normal business hrs to find my parking space and ensure my truck was parked safely. She was prompt and helped terminate my contract with no questions or hassles over the phone. The facility itself is well maintained and very well secured from the outside world. I felt my truck was safe there. I reccomend.”
“8/2023-Mostly a positive experience with checkout except their truck photos didn't show a big paint chips on the hood which I disputed before checking out. Checking in was mostly positive except the cashier was unknowledgeable about how charges would be badge if different from the original estimate.3/2020-I was so reluctant to use these guys after reading all the horrible reviews but I didn't have any other choices for an in-city move small pickup truck. Booked online the night before and price was reasonable. Moving day and visited store and declined the extra liability coverage ($10). Their online check-in and acceptance procedure was fairly painless. Although the photos they presented was the truck very clean and washed but when I got it the interior and exterior were a bit dirty but not a huge deal. I still took my own photos just in case. About 15 min and was out the door. $20 + $0.79/mile. 2 hours later and returned with gas replaced. A few extras miles was accrued and charged. I think I was very lucky compared to all the previous reviews.”
