THey are out of business. I've left messages, then went online to find the contact directed to a very responsive company in the east bay who is no longer working on wine cellars.

We have been using Phil Finer for years. They are quick to respond, efficient and good at explaining any issues we are having. We are very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Phil Finer Refrigeration installed our wine cellar when we built a home10 years ago and have serviced the unit since then. Recently our temperature alarm triggered a warning that the cooling unit wasn't working. I scheduled a service appointment to take care of the problem. This is a second home, 100 miles from our primary residence. We drove the 100 miles specifically to be at the house for the appointment, but the technician didn't show up and didn't contact us to let us know. We called Phil Finer to try to reschedule; they didn't answer the phone most of the day and when they did, they promised to call back regarding rescheduling but never called back. We drove back to our primary home, having been unable to take care of the problem. Today (two days later) a technician called offering to reschedule. While trying to find a mutually convenient date, another Finer employee came on the phone, told us that they would no longer service our unit because it was too far from their office, and hung up on me. They clearly don't stand behind their installations and their employees are inconsiderate and rude. DON'T USE THEM!

In June they ordered a drain tray for my wine cellar cooling unit. It is now October and the work is still not done. I have paid $175 for the initial service call which told me what I already knew. Every time I call they say it will be ready in a few days which turns out not to be the case. They never call me for an update despite my numerous inquiries. I always have to call them. Most of the time they don't answer and don't return my calls. Horrible service

I scheduled a service call with them twice. Both times they never came. I have left numerous messages on the VM. Never a call back. In a sea of poor service providers that is the Bay Area this is by a wide margin the very worst

After not showing up twice to scheduled appointments, the manager suggested I call someone else to get service. Save yourself the lost time and just start with calling someone else to begin with.
