Mike and his office were very helpful as my wife and I transitioned to a new home and were not allowed to continue our property insurance with State Farm. They were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and providing alternatives plus processing our property insurance refund. Although they were losing part of our business, that did not make a difference in their service. We are locating out of the area and will still use them for our other insurance needs and will hopefully be able to reinsure our house with them in the future.

I have been a client of State Farm for many years. It wasn’t until January of this year that due to an auto accident caused by someone making an illegal left turn and damaging my car, that I had the opportunity to work closely with Chris Walz at the State Farm office in Belmont. Chris was wonderful and explained and guided me through each part of the process. He was available with answers for all the questions that I had—and I had many! If there was a problem he would research to find the answers and communicate the results to me immediately. I was especially impressed that he comes from an office that works to provide the best customer service because they are highly experienced and educated in working with insurance claims. I am happy that Chris and the staff at this Belmont office represented me, and they do theirbest for their clients. Thank you, Chris!Carolyn J.

I call Mike Pascua office because I was looking for a new car insurance, I spoke with Francisco and he took the time to explain everything, at first I was just checking for prices but after seeing how good they do on getting you a good coverage for a good price I stop shipping around and I got my car insurance with them.

Francisco was so helpful, and very responsive! I had numerous questions about my claim, and he diligently sought out very detailed answer and got back to me quickly. I was very glad to have Francisco help me through this process.

I have been with StateFarm and Mike's team for about a year now. Both Chris and Mike are very responsive , not super cheap but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his team, especially Chris, do a great job taking care of their insureds' needs and they go the extra mile. I have two auto policies, life insurance, renter's insurance, and an umbrella policy with them. I was having issues with one of my auto policy's premiums being too high due to incorrect accident records, and they guided me through how to fix that -- resulting in savings of hundreds of dollars a year. They're really knowledgeable and take good care of their customers. Highly recommend.
