I feel extremely lucky to have found Manny in the late 1990’s. His service and follow up is excellent and he is always looking for ways to help. He and his team have also helped my friends and family over the years. Manny is trustworthy and a great all around guy.

I have had many agents over the years but only one person is memorable and that is Manny. He has been there for me and my family for 30 years whether he wrote my policies or not he is a trustworthy and smart person who understands the business well and knows how to ensure he gets the best deal for his customers. Run don't walk to Manny if you are in need of insurance!

We have been with Manny Cassillas and his wonderful team at State Farm for over 20 years. Manny and his team are knowledgeable responsive, and extremely helpful. We call with all kinds of questions and concerns and they are available with no lag time. We recently had an issue with State Farm regarding a claim and Manny was right there to address the issues. I have had many different agents/advisors in the last 30+ years but only one insurance agent - Manny. He has kept up with my changing situations and adjusted my coverage appropriately. Sometimes he just calls to see how we are doing.Great guy, great service.

We drove 700 miles to a family wedding in Washington State. As we were heading out to the wedding on a Saturday morning, we discovered our car had been stolen from the hotel parking lot. Mannie Casillas was immediately responsive, and helped us fly back home. When our car was found later that week (without a catalytic converter), State Farm arranged to tow it - all the way to our mechanic in the SF Bay Area. The car is now repaired and running well. Mannie has been a great support and has provided helpful explanations throughout the process.

Manny and his team have kept me insured as a teenager driver, to renters insurance, all the way through to home owners insurance (which was quick and helped us in buying a house within a limited & contingent window of time), and other policies like personal property , etc. My auto insurance as a teenager was very high but has fallen dramatically over 15 years or so. StateFarm has sent me checks before too, as a premium return or good driver dividend - something like that. I was sued before by someone who hit ME from behind (absurd), and Manny and team had StateFarm's legal team fully represent me at no additional cost making the case go away quickly. I also had a roof worker drop something on my car shattering my sun roof and it was nice to find out it I could use my insurance for the repairs even though it didn't occur while I was driving. Manny and team have been quick to respond to emails, assist us with quotes on things like earthquake insurance or what a new car would cost to insure, add items to our policies, and offer insight on any other questions over the years. Even though insurance is partially sales, they are not a pushy team. It's nice to know they have our best interest at heart. Highly recommend to others!

If you are looking for an agent who is responsible, caring and trustworthy then Manny and his team will make you feel at peace. They are very professional and quick to get back to you with any of your needs. I am pleased with the service I've received for over 15 years now and feel that I am always taken care of.

It is a pleasure to do business with a company that offers personal service when it comes to answering questions regarding your various policies/handling claims. You will always speak with either Manny or Victor, so they know each and every one of their clients....you are not just a policy number but a real friend that they want to take care of. We have been with them for decades and although have not made many claims have always appreciated the fine and prompt service when we required their assistance,Great bunch of people.....don't care if someone else offers insurance at a lower rate, we will stick with Manny,Allan
