“By far the best UPS in the area. Located in a small plaza with good options for food and drink! The workers here are diligent and friendly and always get the job done right. Oliver is especially helpful, he knows how to work the systems, printers, basically everything, and it's such a joy to be serviced by him. “You can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL here. No running around to multiple stores with your returns! What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. Highly recommend Post 'N More -- it's under new ownership, so they're waiting to get their LiveScan approved, a very lengthy process through the gov't for them.”

“I stopped in for passport-like photos shortly before close (international drivers license). Frank and team were quick, took a shot that worked, and I was in and out - easy! They were courteous and attentive to the several customers in the shop. Where they went the extra mile: helping me get digital photos for a family member printed. Two digital sets were sent to them, neither perfect (shadows etc). Frank edited and was able to produce a print that was noticeably better than what we sent. No up charge, just solid service. Everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Frank and team! Highly recommend!”

“First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”
“I had a last minute notary today and called 5 places. No one could accommodate me. I saw the low score reviews for this location in redwood shores and called as a last resort. The gentleman that answered was very friendly and I spent maybe 14min from the time arrived until I left. The notary was really nice and patient with me. I had a great experience and I won’t hesitate coming here next time.”

“This is my go-to UPS store because parking is easy and service is fast. I’m always happy if Alex is working because he’s super helpful and friendly. I have dropped off a car load of large, prepaid packages and if there’s a line he just tells me where to leave my boxes and he takes care of them for me.”
“I use this store all the time for my Amazon and parcel mailing and have always found them to be quite nice, maybe not warm and fuzzy but that’s ok! I agree with Neil, I don’t understand why the rating is so low other than people generally leave reviews when they have a bad experience rather than positive. So I am just here to say, they are great! Very efficient, never have to wait too long, the only drawback can be parking, but there is a small parking lot just north of building, not a game changer for me! ;)”
