“Horizon Renovation remodeled our kitchen and got it done surprisingly quickly, and on budget. I have never worked with a contractor who worked as consistently on a project--one week they came 6 days! It really blew me away, as I've had contractors who would take entire weeks off. I was prepared to have the project take over a month, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Their work ethic is extremely impressive.They not only did the work we asked, they gave us some design suggestions that turned out to be very helpful. They were responsible, responsive, and did good work. The only thing they could have done better was dust mitigation; also, they do not automatically provide debris removal, but you can request it, or find your own hauling service (which I did). “Generally we use wizard plumbing. Never had a bad experience until recently. We had a leaking faucet. I called, and asked for the earliest availability and someone was sent out the next day. When I called, I said our faucet hose is broken and needs to be replaced. I knew the brand of our faucet, and the problem. So that's the backstory. They send someone out, he comes out and says it's going to be $350 to diagnose the issue( again, I knew the issue) but if that's their rate I'm not going to fight it. He proceeded to tell me that my faucet is dated and parts are unavailable. Also that our shut off knobs don't shut all the way and need to be replaced. I said I don't think that an issue as we've never had a leak prior and maybe the water he heard running was the dishwasher that was going. He called a few plumbing stores, said we couldn't get a replacement hose as they don't exist. I do have text message proof- and that we needed to buy a new faucet. Okay cool. I agreed. He said the turn around time was 3 weeks with the possibility to be sooner. He said he'd send a photo of the new faucet so I could approve before purchasing. Mind you our sink is leaking. So 3 weeks isn't a quick solution. Now it's about 5pm, assume he's off for the day, and decide to chat with the manufacturer of the faucet. Right away, I send him a photo- and he says that hose is xyz, it's available and here's a discount code. HONESTLY not even 3 minutes into a chat and the hose is available. Then he proceeds to tell me, guy plumbing has it in stock, and I should call them. I call guy plumbing- they have the part, they schedule an appointment for early the next morning. They show up and within 15 minutes the leaking hose has been replaced. Nothing is leaking, the shut off valves work fine- and ultimately in less time and money to FIX THE PROBLEM than the diagnostic charge from Wizard. Dan from guy plumbing is undoubtedly amazing, knows what he is doing and honestly was so nice to work with. He was quick, efficient and fixed the problem in minutes. I will forever use GUY plumbing with an additional needs moving forward.”

“A3 Tile helped me every step of the way to select and purchase tile for my bathroom remodel. I wanted a tile that had a small hexagon shape for shower and a larger hexagon shape for floor. I was able to browse in their showroom without being questioned about who my designer was. They were very helpful when I had questions. I had to borrow samples to see the tile at home. The ordering process was easy and they helped me with grout colors. My contractor did a horrible job of installing the floor tile and the heating system. We found a great tile installer to redo the floor and heating system and A3 was great. They are also experts on the heated floor system.”

“After dealing with a flood in a two unit building my family and I were faced with a forced renovation of two kitchens. After visiting several showrooms in the Bay Area, we decided to have Sincere Home Décor at the South San Francisco location design both kitchen cabinet layouts. We worked with Senior Designer and Sales Associate, Allison Li and we were extremely pleased by her friendly demeanor, quick response, and expertise in helping us put our two kitchens back together. Below is the incredible service we received from Allison: a. She walked us through each step of the process and really put us at ease during a very stressful renovation. b. My contractor was not familiar with the installation of the cove crown molding and cabinet base molding. Allison took the time to send photographs and included instructions on the installation. c. She has incredible attention to detail. For example, our refrigerator placement was next to a wall. Allison made sure there was enough space/clearance for the refrigerator doors to open at full width for the interior refrigerator drawers to fully pull out without the doors being in the way. d. She explained how to adjust the drawers and provided photographs. The visuals helped tremendously. e. She helped me when I had some issues with my cabinetry and worked with me through the process until it was resolved with the manufacturer. For example, my spice rack was not closing correctly. Allison worked quickly to contact the company and they sent the replacement parts to fix it. She also had her managers assist with adjusting the drawer itself when I brought it into the showroom. f. Her manager, Phil, assisted with providing documentation requested by the insurance company. When it came time to purchase our quartz countertops and hood vent, my family and I did not hesitate to purchase them from Sincere Home Décor. We received the same quality of customer service. Selecting the countertops was easily done at their Oakland warehouse and the installation by Ken was great. There were also plenty of hood vent options to select from and a simple process to order. My family and I are grateful for the excellent customer service that Allison and the entire staff at Sincere Home Décor provided to us. We highly recommend them if you are doing a kitchen remodel.”
