I have known Jim Dwyer for decades, and he has been my insurance agent for a few of them. My car was recently totaled by a stolen box truck in a felony hit and run during a police pursuit. Being without wheels as a realtor is not acceptable. Going through this traumatic process was made so much easier, as Jim's team, from in-house support to the body shop, to claims, and the ensuing follow up got me my claim money in less than 72 hours, wired directly to my account!! I had my new car within 48 hours after that. They made the process seamless and pain-free. The communication between folks within the State Farm chain was solid, and all friendships aside, this is an amazing way to be treated. I am very appreciative.

This is an update to my previous review. I want to thank Jim and his team again for their responsiveness. Was recently trying to rent a car at a busy airport agency and needed to show proof of automobile insurance, which I did not have with me. Called Jim's office, they answered on the first ring, and a digital insurance card was emailed to me about a minute later. Much appreciated Jim, Elizabeth, and team!
Jim and his office are very knowledgeable and responsive. They can help you create a strategic and balanced insurance solution for your particular needs.

I've had Car and Renter's insurance through Jim Dwyer's State Farm Insurance for about 7 years now. In that time the staff has always been extremely helpful in answering questions that I may have regarding my policies and various new ones I would like to explore.Additionally, the rates for the various policies always seem fair and overall I've been extremely satisfied with their business and would recommend them to others shopping around for insurance needs!

Great place for my insurance needs.The staff Jim has on board are always on the ball, knowledgeable and easy to get ahold off. They always lookout for my coverages as trends in the industry change or options are added, removed or combined. Whether it’s home, car, business, or combinations, Jim Dwyer has me covered. I even have my immediate family including my Mom insured with him.I can highly recommend him and suggest you ask him for a quote whether you need a new agent or not.

Have to give a shout out to Jim Dwyer and his State Farm professionals:) They moved my insurance account, home, car, and umbrella to their office and it really was seamless. All the accounts, transfers, documents were executed beautifully. Theresa Delcenio dotted every I and crossed every T. She pointed out areas for me to consider and yet did not push me to doing anything until I was ready. Her customer service was amazing. Insurance is an important decision. So grateful we were able to connect with Jim Dwyer and his team.

This review is for Elizabeth, the Office Manager in Jim's Office. Recently, my apartment complex started bothering me about the specifics of my renters insurance. They were being extremely difficult and technical about how things were listed on my declaration page, and even charged me for their own insurance...when I already have insurance. Elizabeth was very patient with me and worked with me to get the page corrected. She told me it would take a little time for the changes to be finalized and for me to get the new, updated declaration page. After a little over a week, Elizabeth emailed me my updated page with all the correct changes and mentioned that she had been checking everyday for it. This was excellent service and she made this issue a lot easier for me. Very happy I chose State Farm for my renters insurance. -Teagen

I am so thankful for Jim Dwyer and his fabulous team, Elizabeth and Theresa. My husband and I have all of our insurance policies with Jim.In a day where it is difficult to reach support live — I am so appreciative when I can pick up the phone and talk to someone. They are friendly, helpful and detail oriented. They stay on top of me so nothing falls through the cracks.Highly recommend!!
