Was told to come there to open a CD at a certain time. No one was available to help me. They called around and no other banks were willing to help me. I took off time from work to be there when they suggested and have therefore already lost money. I've never had to work so hard to get a bank to take my money.

NEVER EVER USE CHASE! Run away as fast as you can!!!!! Someone stole my debit card information and they are holding me accountable. Hundreds of dollars stolen from a “non chase atm,” but since my PIN number was used, I am responsible even though I have evidence that I was not at an atm at the time of the crime and I had my debit card on me.

Terrible customer service between the branch support over the phone. The customer service over the phone said that a temporary license through DMV is fine to cash a chase cashiers check at the bank and the banker said no you need a physical id. What’s the point of dmv giving out temporary drivers license if the bank isn’t going to accept it. Seems like a waste of paper. Very bad customer service from this branch

This is a wonderful company that provides excellent service! Sherman Wright was very professional and punctual. He was very clear in explaining everything and was very detail oriented. I also appreciate his professionalism and attention to safety always wearing his mask.

I went into this branch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable, professional, nice the staff was towards me. I normally would go to the branch on Laurel but I would prefer to visit the Belmont location going forward. Even staff I did not interact with made a it a point to say good bye and wave.I recommend giving this a place a try especially since the Bank of America branch across the street has been closed for a long time and the Chase Branch is in the middle of the blocked off from car traffic section. :)

I don't know what the bad reviews are about. Maybe some specific idiosyncrasies or unusual incident. All I can say is the customer service has been extraordinary. Courteous, friendly and accommodating all my requests. I so recommend the Belmont branch

I love this location! I have been a customer with BofA for years , but the branch in Belmont has been closed for months. I really need to get a bank which is near me so I came to this chase bank, I was so surprised by their excellent customer service and the beautiful branch! Super convenient , nice bankers

Stay away from this bank, they will hold your money hostage. I deposited six figures 3 weeks ago and have no access to it. I had a good experience opening up the accounts and thought it was a start to a good relationship, but they have now restricted the funds. Treating me like a criminal. Please take your money elsewhere. They only reason I opened this account at their location is because I live in the community, so much for that.

Such a poor customer experience, very disappointed that we signed up with their services. Incompetent employees, ignoring customers for months, they need training and a better management team.

This branch and the bank as a whole is the worst place I ever dealt with. I had $75K in the bank and they offered to give me $750 in 3 months if I add $75K in new money. I did that in Sep 19 and in Dec nothing happened. After some calls (never returned) I was told to speak to the orginal rep that by now moved to another nearby office. Called her, again after few times, was promised that I would get the money in 2 weeks. Never happened. Called a district manager. Same level of service, same result. Wrote a letter to headquarters. That one was duly registered as I was told on a visit to the branch to take my money out of there. However, nothing happened even though the last rep promised to resolve this. So I closed my accounts there (no interest ever paid) and swore to never put my foot to Chase again.

Been with Chase for quite a while and I'm extremely happy that they finally opened a new branch in Belmont, since it's closer to home. The branch is extremely nice inside and out and the staff always greets me with a smile and is always willing to help. Will be coming here more often going forward :)

The one star is because this branch looks nice since it is brand new. As far as banking, it is a very strange experience. If you have regular banking to do (involving a teller), go somewhere else. I went in to withdraw cash (not an amount that I would do through an ATM). And was told to wait in the lobby area while they took my card and info into some back room to process my request. When the woman finally came back out, she knelt on the floor next to the equivalent of a coffee table in the lobby and proceeded to count out my money. There were people milling about and it felt just downright weird.
