As polite as Cathie may be on the phone she doesn't call you backthem avoided my 2nd call. I have State Farm at my Vermont residence for home and vehicles and thought having it in California would be as great as my relationship with my Vermont office.I was highly disappointed and felt as if I wasn't important as a long term customer of 5 years. I understand people are busy but this was inexcusable.

We have been with Carlos for close to 30 years, if not less, and we did make a few insurance claims due to accidents. First off, I was incredibly happy with State Farm. Claims are always processed expediently. Never had any back and forth regarding claims. We just had an unfortunate incident of an accident and they got involved right away and within a week of initiating a claim, everything was handled, all repairs made and what I had to do was to fill in a few online forms. No back and forth at all and never that was necessary in my previous claim experience. So, the combination of Carlos and Sate Farm is an immensely powerful safety net we carry every day. I highly recommend Carlos and his team. We are glad we made that choice many years ago.

Having Carlos as my agent for over 25 years, I have NEVER had a bad experience with him. Even when our young (driving age) daughter was in a minor accident, he was there for us every step of the way. I can be honest, I have had other companies try to take me away from Carlos and State Farm......but personally, I don't believe I can get the professionalism & friendship from any other agent. Carlos treats everyone like family. To have Carlos as your agent, is to be assured you never have to worry.
