“They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”

We called Jesus at 8:13 Saturday December 31 (NYE) about a window busted out of our car which needed to be fixed immediately because an atmospheric river rain storm was filling our car with water. He called around to multiple warehouses, most of which were closed for the holiday weekend, found a warehouse with the glass we needed, drove to pick it up, and replaced the broken window before noon. I have a 2016 Corolla and the quote for the front windshield was $275. If I had used Safelite with them, it would have been a little under $500. “I have used Maldonado's twice now. Both times everything went great. First time my 4Runner had been sideswiped by a deer. This was not covered under my insurance as it was a 1996. They would have totaled it. So, I was able to negotiate a great price that I could afford. They did the work perfectly and within a week. Then more recently, my girlfriend's Volvo was hit while making a left turn from a center lane of Middlefield. Turns out, all left turns from uncontrolled intersetions are considered your fault. Whatever happened to safe driving laws? She was hit in bright daylight. Still, AAA said she was 100% at fault. Go figure. She had to pay for the repair herself. So, we went to Maldonado's again. Again everything went great. We negotiated a price she could afford and they got the job done in one week. The job was done perfectly. We didn't pay until the job was done. Same was the situation on my 4Runner. I think these guys are just great and would refer them to anyone. I am not sure what is up with Sheri S. People working on cars get dirty and grimey. That is a result of that life. I restored a vintage 1957 MGA in the 1970s and I was grimey after each day of work on it. Maybe if you were to bring in brand new cars for them to work on they would not get dirty. They know a lot about this work. About trust? Try getting your car back from the Dodge Center with all of the front end linkage bolts untightened. I had no control over the stearing. That was what you would call a PROFESSIONAL dealer too. Of course, they were having management/union problems at the time. The head of the shop said, 'Yeah, OK. I didn't tighten the linkage bolts down. What are you going to do about it?"
