Best value and time spent. This was by far the best deal we found looking all over the Bay Area. While the location is out of the way it has never been very busy, meaning you are in and out quickly.

Any customer would expect complete information on the additional charges that is to be paid when extending a reservation. Because of the incomplete information provided at the Belmont service centre I ended up paying extra $35 for a day on my existing reservation. Had I made a new booking, I would have saved this amount. It's better to do everything online with budget, as representatives often don't give a clear picture of the extra charges in case of a modification.

I've been going to this Budget rental location for a couple of years now. I'd have to say, it's been an easy experience every time. The people who work here are nice. It's not a fancy place, but it gets the job done, which is picking up a rental car. Location is behind a building on El Camino. The hardest part is exiting this place. You have a major blind spot of oncoming cars. Be careful! I was able to drop off my rental after hours, using a key drop off location. So glad I was able to do that. All in all, great deals if you book early, not changing until I move away from the area.

The last name on my credit card did not match the last name on my drivers license. I explained that I got married and changed my name. The man didn't believe me! I provided for other forms of identification with my new last name. He refused to rent a car to me. Worst customer experience of my life.

The worst experience for renting the truck in here. - 1: they agreed on the discount, so we choose them instead of other places. However, they did not apply for the discount on paper. - 2: they agreed on upgraded the tow dolly still to save us as their customer, they backed out on the upgrade after we loaded all the furniture. -3: of course, I complained. The manager first called me winning lady, and then told me: if I do not like the deal, I can NOW switch to another company. In summary, they lied everything about their promotion and discount to save you as a customer. Backed out the deal after you upload everything on the truck! Please watch out before you go there!

Great service and very friendly. Practicing great social distancing protocols and rented us a nice SUV for the weekend. Much better and easier than going to SFO to get a rental

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Booked a car online which they apparently didn’t have, nor anything in the class or any other car for a similar price. The only answer I got was “not my problem, call customer service”. Never got a car.

Rented a van for a day, pickup was routine, no problems. Upon return Yuriy was very accommodating and helpful to everybody who was returning their cars just before 12:00.

Great experience renting here. Yuriy is a super nice guy with great customer service. Noticed the phone rang a few times while he was processing our rental and he did not divide his attention until our check out was completed. Was also patient and helpful with the terms of the rental. Note: The actual office location is not where it's shown on Google Maps. It's actually behind the building in the corner office on the lower level all the way to the right.
