Coach Brien is very knowledgeable and competent, respectful and non-judgmental. He makes sure that I have the proper form and posture, and breathing correctly throughout our training session. He listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. He is professional but kind and friendly. I highly recommend Coach Brien!

Brien works hard to tailor his program to individual needs and capabilities. Personally, I have lost 20lbs in roughly a month. This without feeling starved or having to take a ton of supplements. We interact pretty much daily and I ask a lot of questions. Brien is super committed to constantly researching and re-researching the latest nutrition and fitness wisdom available, and really is vested in getting his clients to a healthier place. I have done countless fitness programs and diets over the years, but without a doubt Brien Shamp's programs are superior. He and his team don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk! The care, concern and dedication is genuine. Exercise, meal plans, all are well thought out and designed to give those of us who have joined the many programs offered the best information available with rock-solid evidence to back up the how and why the programs work. When you join a Shamp's program, you are cared about, and supported. I don't know of other plans that go the distance like the Shamp's programs. Color me lucky!

My goal for the first month was to stop my chronic pain from years of sitting at a desk working on my computer. Long hours of not moving. Brian's class has taught me how to stretch properly using a foam roller and a softball to help me battle my chronic pain. Brian's classes have really helped me loosen up my joints and feel much better. I lost 10lbs my first month. Continuing into my second month my goal is to loose another 10-12lbs. Following Brian's meal plan has helped me loose wait and taught me the importance of good nutrition. I highly recommend this program for anyone over 50 who wants to feel younger again, all I can say is it works and it's fun. Thankyou Brein....

Brien is an amazing coach who is dedicated to my success! I have tried various weightloss programs and wanted to have a wholistic approach to weightloss that stress balance and Whole Foods while finding something that is sustainable and Brien along with Cheryle have helped me learn a tun about my nutrition, mobility, fitness, and overall lifestyle. One of the biggest things I realized was missing for me was a fitness community and true accountability— Brien and Cheryle help cultivate this on a regular basis and truly are dictated to my success. I just completed a 21 day challenge to start a new nutrition lifestyle. Brien is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him sharing his all tha knowledge. I have tried many specific diets I've seen nutritionists, been to the gym, but Brien's holistic approach to create a healthy lifestyle is super helpful.
