She was extremely patient, suggestive and ended up giving us exactly what we wanted if not more. A huge asset to Best Buy Cabinets. Five Star!

I have used the services of Best Buy Cabinets on multiple occasions over the past twenty years, and I always return to them. What attracts me? First, I’ve always been impressed by the engineering knowledge and comprehensive thought that go into their kitchen designs. They pay close attention to the smooth functionality of their cabinets and the ergonomics of kitchen use. For example, I was surprised to learn that they design kitchens differently for left-handed versus right-handed users to ensure maximum comfort. This level of insight and thoughtful design is something I truly admire, and it's one of the reasons I keep coming back.
In addition to their functional expertise, the owners possess an impeccable taste for beauty, color, and elegance, which helped us transform our kitchen into the functional and aesthetic heart of our home. Achieving great design requires a deep understanding of customer needs, tastes, and circumstances, and the staff excels in this area. They are personable, easy to work with, and willing to listen. Not only do they understand their customers, but they are also willing to share their knowledge and educate us when needed (which, in my case, was often). Lastly, their pricing, in my experience, is very competitive, making them an excellent choice.

We worked with Katerina at Best Buy Cabinets to design our custom bathroom vanity. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the design elements and guided us through the whole process. The customer service and communication is top of the line and the product we received was exactly as expected. The craftsmanship and quality is amazing. We couldn't be happier with our experience with both Katerina and Best Buy Cabinets and we will be returning to them for future projects in our home.

I worked with David at Best Buy and he is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. But more importantly, I did not hire a contractor and so I needed to work with someone who REALLY knew what they were doing. But also, I wanted someone to be creative and work with me and my wife to consider what very best configuration would be for our pretty limited kitchen. David was great and his prices were very reasonable. I very highly recommend him and Best Buy cabinets.

We had to remodel our entire house, and ordered cabinets (kitchen, bar, laundry room and master bath) and closets (two bedrooms) from Best Buy Cabinets. David the owner did a terrific job from start to finish. He advised us throughout wrt design details, which was especially critical with our very limited kitchen space. He stopped by twice to make sure that the design is precise, and will accommodate our appliances while not wasting the precious space. All components David ordered arrived before the promised date and in perfect order - there was not a single wrong piece, which is far from guaranteed if my prior experience is any indication. He also communicated very closely with the contractor who was doing the installation, to ensure that everything is done right. The results are great: the kitchen and all other areas are beautiful and very convenient to use. I can highly recommend Best Buy Cabinets and especially David as a shop and the supplier that is trustworthy, reliable, competent and pleasure to deal with.

I spent two days visiting cabinet stores on the peninsula, I knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed to find it. Best Buy Cabinets not only had exactly what I was looking for, I was also impressed with their interest in my project, some other shops just pointed ”look over there”. I had a couple shops do renderings and neither layout was an efficient use of space and both had me making compromises. Katerina‘s layout was exceptional, no compromises, better than I even dreamed of. Katerina’s talent in design and space and efficiency is exceptional. Her attention to detail and all those ”little things” you usually don’t think about until it’s over and you regret, she covered and made great suggestions. My cabinets were delivered April 15, 2020 during “Shelter in Place” with no start date in sight. One cabinet had some visible damage, but it was hard to tell if it would be visible once installed. Katerina ordered a replacement that day and told me that she would replace any other cabinet if damaged once we got started, and that wasn’t until mid November. All the other cabinets were fine but I appreciated that she was willing to stand by us for the warranty because of the circumstances. Katerina also recommended a fabricator for my counters that was a pleasure to work with and also did a beautiful job.I love my new kitchen and like I said, I went to a lot of cabinet stores, save your time and just go to Best Buy Cabinets.

I was looking into replacing two Merillat brand cabinet doors that had some water damage. I went directly to Merillat online and unfortunately it wasn't sold in a Home Depot or Lowe's. Instead, the website listed about 6 stores nearby that sold Merillat brands. All stores said something along the lines of "sorry we can't help you replace pieces because we only do full kitchen remodels". I was beyond frustrated thinking, "why would I replace entire kitchen cabinetry when I just need to replace 2 pieces? And why can't you order few pieces since your store is a certified seller of the product I am looking for?" I knew that these stores were in it for the huge HGTV kitchen remodel profits. I called Merillat directly and they said that ALL certified sellers from their website CAN order individual pieces. I then called Best Buy Cabinets in Belmont and spoke to Katerina. She advised I schedule an appointment to come in within same week so she can better assist me. I brought in one cabinet piece and she was able to order it through Merillat. ( side note due to COVID, delivery from Merillat was extremely slow but was out of Katerina's hands). I got my brand new cabinet doors and Katerina's shared advice on how to care for my kitchen cabinets. I can't thank Katerina enough for her superb customer service. What was interesting is on my way out of our appointment another lady walked in trying to replace one cabinet door just like I was. She drove over an hour away because she couldn't find a store to help her....also she said she got exact responses from other stores she called saying "we don't change one piece but replace whole entire kitchen cabinets". That's when you know Katerina from Best Buy Cabinets is different from the rest...she really helps you with your cabinet needs whether it's big or small....thank you Katerina for helping me out...you truly are the best and I appreciate your kindness and help. Whether you are looking for an HGTV kitchen remodel or not, Katerina is the person to go to.

The customer service from Katerina was exemplary, both when we remodeled our kitchen 12 years ago and when we came back to Best Buy Cabinets last year for a new project. We will definitely be back for our next project also.

Katerina and Best Buy cabinets are easy to work with, sell very nice products and reasonably priced. This is the second kitchen I purchased here and I have referred two friends to them and they had a similar experiences. Katerina is very skilled at maximizing the usability of your kitchen. She knows her stuff! The few small issues we had were with the cabinets were promptly remedied...no questions asked. I would definitely refer others and buy from them again if the occasion arises.

We did a major kitchen remodel in 2008. We talked to many big stores where you just go through bunch of different product-line brochures, and it is your job to fit everything together. As soon as we started talking with Katerina in Best Buy Cabinets, she totally took over the project, as if it were her own kitchen. She is detailed oriented. It was more than just kitchen cabinets. She pretty much designed the whole kitchen. With revealing 3D modelling of different options, she spent an enormous amount of time till we were satisfied. And the final product was just amazing.After 12 years when I was ready to convert my old garage to an ADU in Palo Alto, I was more than pleased that Best Buy Cabinets and Katerina are still there. And it was no surprise that I could leave almost the entire project to her. To fit in an up-to-date kitchen and bathroom in this small space is always a challenge. Once again Katerina came through.I can’t recommend Best Buy Cabinets enough to anybody who is looking for cabinets for any small or large house project.

Katarina designed our kitchen cabinets from scratche and helped us to pick the right product. This was my first time designing a kitchen from scratch and the information and advice I received from Katerina was extremely helpful. Who knew a kitchen cabinet layout could get so detailed, and there were many things I did not know to consider so she really kept me on track. She also helped me come up with some creative solutions to 2 appliance garage cabinets using brushed aluminum roller doors and the finished product is stunning. She was also very helpful with any warranty issues and I couldn't be happier. Prices were competitive but the service was incredible. The quality of my cabinets is excellent. Highly recommend!
