Just greedy and rude...I failed smog test due to evap error. Fixed it. However, they wanted to charge me full price for follow up test because repair was not done at their shop.

The best in all the area of Belmont that I have seen so far. They don’t push you to do anything that your car does not need right away very friendly and clean. They will definitely go out of their way to make their customers happy, this place is like service used to be.

I went in to get my car checked! They/He told me 280 to diagnose the car! I went to my car at the gas pump to talk the purchase over ! He walks up to my car and says you need to move this is for customers only? Excuse me lol I only live around the corner btwAnd I will definitely not be back! The guy is racist if you ask me. I wasn't bothering anyone! Here's his photo

Requested smog check on my 99 Toyota Landcruiser and was scheduled the same day I called. Dropped off my vehicle, wrote-up the necessary paperwork and was told will take an hour to complete. So I decided to do my walking exercise to kill time. Was surprised that only about 30 minutes in to my walk, received a call that my vehicle is ready! So although I did not get a full hour workout, got my vehicle earlier than expected! Thanks for a great service.

They charged me $230 to tighten my lug nuts on one wheel when I brought my car in for a strange noise in the back. It was a total money grab which is unfortunate because I live really close by. The manager was a complete ass about the whole situation and I would not recommend this place to anyone at all.

Najib was great. I brought my mother's car here for repair, and was pressed for time. He was the fourth place I tried that day and none could get me in for service until next week. But I was in a tight situation, and he saved the day, getting me in and fixing the car that same day. They were great. Thanks.

Unfortunately shops like these are why people have so much distrust in mechanics.Estimated $1400 for a $850 water pump job. They charge $250/labor (avg labor rates are $120-$180 max) and have an exceptionally high diagnosis fee of $250 as well.Been in the car industry a long time and it’s a shame to see such a poor operation.Take your business elsewhere into better hands.

Came to put gas and the machine didn’t give me a receipt. I asked the clerk for the receipt and she started speaking to me in Spanish and I just looked at her because I never asked for help in Spanish then I noticed I was overcharged and I went to ask for the manager because I didn’t agree to car wash and they first refused to reimburse me the money and then in Spanish she said I was too broke and to give me the money. When I spoke to the clerk in Spanish and told her it wasn’t about the money it was about the fact that I didn’t want a car wash and for her to be more respectful, the clerk’s tune charge. What a shame this is the people you have working customers.

Some short baldish guy was very rude and angry. Upset that “I parked my car too close to the building when I was just trying to get some air and be close enough for the tube to reach all my tires. Unwelcoming environment wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.

I'm not going to go into specifics but this guy Najeep literally lies to your face. He doesn't care about your property or anything other than ripping people off. He brags about what he has and talks down on people with less than him. He is an a-hole. Don't give this guy your money when there's actually nice people out there who make you feel welcomed and give fair pricing for a much better quality of work. He owns tons of stuff anyways so he won't suffer. He is not a struggling mom and pop shop. If you care about your car go somewhere else, I promise you won't regret it. I had work done here that was EXTREMELY minimal and was charged over $1,000. I went to a different shop who is a specialist and am having very extensive work done that is only a fraction more of the cost than what I paid for the bare minimum work this guy did. It makes me wonder how many times he scams people and how much money he's gotten by lying and jacking up prices while installing subpar hardware. DON'T DO IT!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

If one day you need to do smog check on a Sunday .. go with it, he does a quick job, and as in the old days, it makes sure that the whole car passes the smog check, the best thing is that it opens on Sundays
