Requesting an appointment to get my car in took a little time, but well worth the wait. Quality of work exceeded my expectations, I couldn't have chosen a better body shop, the work was done in a timely manner and I was kept abreast of the progress and it was completed on time. I must say that Chris the manager is fantastic as well as the rest of the team. I have no complaints and if anyone out there needs body work on their car, run don't walk to Bartlett's, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Bartlett!!

After being involved in an accident, my insurance company referred me to Bartlett's Auto Body, and I am delighted to say that they made the entire process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite encountering a minor issue with incorrectly shipped parts the crew went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Chris, one of their team members, drove across the bay to personally retrieve the correct parts. Throughout the repair journey, I was updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was particularly pleased to find that they not only repaired my car but also returned it to me in a spotless condition, even cleaner than when I initially left it with them. While it did take approximately a month to secure an appointment from the day of the accident, the high demand for Bartlett's Auto Body and its services is understandable given their professionalism, exceptional craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Despite their busy schedule, they demonstrated an unwavering commitment to making every effort to ensure my car was ready on the promised completion date. Called to get my van repaired. The door is just a little off the track. All the guy said was "can't do it too busy". So that was a pretty bad experience lol.

A large object flew off the back of a pick-up truck on the freeway and hit my car. My insurance sent me to Bartlett's for the repair. Pete, Chris, and Alex were great. The initial inspection was quick and professional. They took care of everything. I was back in about a month when my parts arrived. Communication was timely and thorough before and during my service. Great customer service. I would not hesitate to return to Bartlett's for future service.

This review is NOT regarding the quality work that this shop does. If the other reviews are true they must be good at what they do. I called earlier this week regarding some work that I needed done on my car. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and asked me to come by for an evaluation. Once I got there, I couldn't find a spot to park. So I parked in the lot opposite the shop and walked over to ask one of the employees who was working on a car where I can park. Without looking at me the person barked at me "in the driveway". I couldn't see a spot to park in the driveway. Without letting me finish my follow up question the response was a even ruder and louder "in the driveway". Nevertheless, not trusting my car with this shop if there is even the remotest chance that this dude will be in the vicinity of it. Probably a good shop, losing business because of a rude employee.

pete and his staff could not be more kind! they are honest and truly put care and quality into their services. they work amazingly with AAA and keep you updated with each step. while no one wants to have a "go to" body shop, i am sure glad i found them.

My Boxster was hit while parked, I did some searching on reputable places to take it for some minor repairs. Found Bartlett's and spoke with Pete who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and warned me that they were booking over a month out. I opted to wait for them to do the work, which they did on time with excellent communication on progress/updates. The work looks great, very happy with the results.

This review is to highlight Bartlett's honesty and excellent service. I brought my car in for a quote to repair my bumper which had detached from the body of the car on the passenger side. Another garage had given me a quote of $400 to fix based on their video assessment. So, I was expecting something in that range. Imagine my delight when Chris told me - all you need is a screw, and called over the technician to make the repair on the spot for free. Note - I picked Bartlett because of the reviews here, so confirming the great reviews are well-earned. Next time I will definitely take my repairs here because I see they are honest and I can trust them to only quote me a fair price. Thanks to Pete the Manager for running a shop with such integrity and high standards.

I brought my 2017 Mustang to Bartlett's to have them paint and install a new aftermarket hood, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the new hood fit and functioned properly. There was a alignment issue initially, but Pete was able to fabricate a custom made hinge plate to resolve the issue and the new hood looks great. Throughout the entire process, Pete was responsive and transparent about the status of my car, and you could really sense that he took pride in his work and did not want to take any short cuts that would jeopardize quality. I would highly recommend Bartlett's if you are looking for great customer service and quality work at a fair price.
