Andree was very helpful with the return. I would not recommend this website I was charged 15% restocking fee and for return label. I did place the order over the phone. I was told that I would have my return to the original payment. Nothing about the 15% was sent to me, but it is on their website according to them there’s no need to shop with a boutique like this other brand, you will be stuck with a store. You can shop from larger department stores and have a full refund. This was a regret. I ended up losing a lot of money I give it zero stars

I recently bought a dress for a black-tie event from B Chic Fashions, and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Evidently, the dress looked stunning on me -- cuz I received numerous compliments throughout the evening :)
The convenience of having an in-house alteration service was a huge plus, making sure the dress was a perfect fit.
Moreover, their customer service was exceptional. Despite their usual closing time of 5:30 PM, Andree kindly kept the store open a bit longer so I could try on the dress after work on a weekday -- extra effort made my shopping experience smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend B Chic Fashions -- it'll definitely be my go-to for my future formal wear needs!

To everyone that only ordered online and never set foot in this store: Yes, this is a REAL store in the California Bay area. I searched EVERYWHERE for a dress and found B Chic's online store. I was fed up with online ordering from other websites because of the awkward sizing and wanted to actually try on a dress before buying it. I literally flew from Texas to California just to visit this store. I'm genuinely glad I did. I loved the Iyza Belaar designs and initially went for the Misha dress. They didn't have my size there. They told me they would order it for me, but i didn't want to risk awkward sizing. So I tried their Nabilah dress. This Nabilah dress size comes up super small, like several sizes too small. I normally wear a size 12, maybe a 10, sometimes, but I had to buy a size 18 for this Nabilah dress. I'm genuinely glad I came by to try dresses on. They have so many dress options and even custom make dresses from scratch. I asked them to tailor the dress and have it ready by the next day... AND THEY DID! I flew back to Texas with my dress in my arms.I will say, though, that the colors shown online are a bit brighter than what you'll see in person. If you took your pictures in natural light and some extra artificial light, the colors do show up like how it is online.Overall, thank you so much to the two beautiful ladies (sorry for not catching your names!) who went above and beyond to help me find my dress!

The service was great! I needed a dress quickly, and they shipped it overnight for a small charge. The processing time was pretty much same day, while other sites had 1-3 business days. They also gave me advise on proper size. The dress arrived super quick. Fits me perfect and looks gorgeous. I definitely recommend them.

I found this store online and we live out of town so we had to order it online and i was kinda hesitant initially but I really cant say enough on how Amazing this place customer service is, Andree went above and beyond to help me and my sister finding the right dress, right size and color for us, am really impressed on how sweet, kind and patient she is, the dresses were more than beautiful, and thanks to Andree it fits perfect, I highly recommend this store:)

I don't know where to start. I was looking for a dress for my birthday party and I went to take a look to see what type of selection they had in San Carlos as their collection online was amazing. I was greeted by very willing to help and friendly staff. Isabel talked me through what I needed and what I felt comfortable in and literally found me the perfect dress. I tried a few on and explained to her what I liked and didn't like and she went back to the rack and grabbed my dream dress. The color, cut, shape, size was perfect. It was like that dress was waiting there for me today....I would have NEVER picked out that dress from the rack or even online. I put the dress on and it looked amazing on and made me look and feel like a million bucks! Isabel is AMAZING at her job, I was beyond impressed. I actually spent less than what I budgeted for and their dresses aren't overly priced. They can even get you a dress made in your size within a few weeks. Miraculously, I found the perfect color and size in the dress I brought home with me (thanks to Isabel)! I will post pics after my party.

I was at first skeptical due to not having ordered from BChic before but Wow I have been amazed with every aspect of it! 100% outstanding customer service! Shout out to Andree who was the best individual to work with, very supportive, kind, and with such rapid response. It's not usual to feel safe and secure when ordering on-line but with Andree and BChic I am beyond impressed. Great job BChic and I will unequivocally be ordering again!

I took my daughter to several shops and even drove over an hour looking for the perfect prom dress to end in disappointment. Ordered from Illinois and we couldn't be happier. She loved the dress, it exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning and when I called the store to check up on the shipping the lady was so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this dress shop to anyone looking for the perfect dress.

Great customer service; they went above and beyond to help me with a dress I bought for a black tie wedding. I ordered the dress from their website and it turned out the warehouse couldn't locate my size (it was the last one). Luckily, I reached out to the store directly via email and the women who worked there helped me locate the same dress but 1 size up and offered to help cover the rush fee to get the dress hemmed. I was going to get the dress hemmed anyway since I'm fairly short and it was a gown; but they were able to send the new dress to me and get it hemmed just in time for the wedding on short timing. I would highly recommend getting your hem work or a gown from here!
