The people were very friendly and helpful. I did not have a reservation and they told me I would save a lot of money if I made an online reservation. I had to return the car early and they adjusted my cost with no questions. They gave me directions to some stores I wanted to shop at. I appreciate all the help. I recommend going here for a rental.

HORRIBLE!!!! paid for online got there 3 people also there, rep looked at us all and said welp ain't got no cars please leave. He had cars just no detailer. So ended up after an hour with a dirty Nissan murano. Needless to say will NEVER go back to this location. No explanation or sorry just leave go somewhere else. Wish companies would bring back professionalism it sure would be nice

Rented a vehicle for my vacation from this location. No issues on either end, pick up or turn in. Vehicle was perfect and the Avis rep's were very competent and prompt.

This Avis provided the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend finding a different location to go to. The older woman with the long brown hair charged me daily car insurance even though I opted out verbally and was just plain rude / not friendly / dismissive during the check in process. Who would want to rent a car from an employee with that attitude?

I was overcharged on multiple fronts and I contested. They used arbitrary paperwork to back up their claims. Unethical business dealings.

Excellent experience at this location. The lady at the reception was amiable and kind. She answered all the questions patiently and also provided some recommendation. I really appreciate the time.

Avis did not honor their reservation.Today went there with reservation in hand, which was made 12 days ago, After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we were informed that there were no card available and to return in 3 hours to see if they had anything. There were others there who also had reservations who were turned away.We have rented at this location before and had no problems. People there are very nice.

My experience at this location has always been top notch with exceptional customer service. In the past year, I have rented at this place at least 8 times & can always count on them to make the process hassle free. Really appreciate Yusuf and the rest of the staff.

There is an older man that works the front desk here who is extremely unpleasant and quite frankly rude. Unnecessary snarky comments on multiple occasions, when we picked up the car and when we dropped off. As customers who just want a polite and pleasant car rental experience, the experience here was far from this basic expectation. We actively avoid this location for car rentals because of how they treat customers, despite us living nearby.

Was told by Avis to go return my car. The guy gave me nothing but grief and trouble and a bunch of attitude. Poor customer service. Just go to another one if you want to get taken care of.

Really quick and easy pickup, staff was informative and kind. The price was quite a bit better than competitors for our rental and we got a comfortable and clean car. Really couldn’t ask for anything else.

Super nice and helpful staff, but this small satellite location seems to be terminally understaffed. I had a pre-paid online registration, but one staffer on a Saturday morning with a line of people—as well as a couple with a problematic Canadian driver's license—turned my "quick" pickup into a 30-minute wait. Again, no huff with the Avis staff person, who was super apologetic and helpful, but he was overwhelmed. Also, every time my wife and I rent here, there is some issue with "stuff left in the car" or less-than-stellar cleaning of the interior. The "added items" for this rental included a fork on the front seat, a used parking receipt in the driver's door shelf, and some kind of food-storage top in the console storage. Nothing that would prevent me from continuing to rent from the groovy people at this location, but I always tell friends: "Check the vehicle for 'unauthorized passengers' before you leave the lot."
