“Staff were very accommodating in visiting the complex. Residents I spoke to were very happy with their apartment at SoFi Belmont. The property is kept very clean and tidy in all the common areas. This is definitely my top choice for an apartment rental. Everyone I encountered on the property was kind and helpful.”

“Very friendly and safe environment, never had a problem with the neighbors or surroundings ever since we moved in. Dog owners are very lucky because their pets are spoiled by the complex. They have their own park and own shower room.Maintenance staff are very attentive if you have apartment issues such as broken heater, faucet etc.Office staff as well also make sure that you are living comfortably.”

“I have been living at Locale for a 2 years after renewing my lease and I love it! What’s not to like?! Prime location, modern appliances and furnishings, super friendly staff, fast and responsive maintenance (thanks to Osvaldo and team!), free parking with charging stations, my packages are secure and I feel safe in the building and the area. Julie runs a tight ship and you can tell she cares for the building like it’s her own. Thanks folks!”

“The building management team at Mia has been amazing! Very personable when handling issues. If I had a complaint I'm almost always contacted for more details within hours and when we needed something fixed they were in the unit within 24 hours with all the right tools - only delayed in order to accommodate my own schedule as I requested to be home for any maintenance. The team in general has been very empathetic and supportive with any issue or need that we've had. Always appreciate their attentiveness!”

“It's a secure and clean apartment community with great floor plans and amenities. It is close to Safeway, many gas stations, Starbucks, Target, Costco etc. By far I've liked staying here!”

“I have a unique perspective of this community. My mother lived at the Marc for about 17 years. She recently passed, and her wish was to have her friends and family gather together in the common areas to celebrate her life. This was how much she loved it there. She loved using the beautiful outdoor pool and being able to walk to countless dining and entertainment options. She also attended as many of the functions at the Marc that she could. She loved meeting the residents and really developed an amazingly supportive community there. Her apartment on the fourth floor had stunning views and sunsets, and the location is unbeatable, but it is the residents and staff at the Marc that make it such a special place to live. I want to send a very special thank you to Linda, the general manager, for being absolutely amazing, kind and lovely. We miss you all.”

“Great value, location, and awesome property managersMy partner and I have been residents at Brewster Place since 2017. In that time we've had 3 different pairs of Property Managers, all of whom live in the building. Each have been excellent, but the latest duo - Gwyneth and Sterling - are the most communicative, attentive, and collaborative Property Managers I've ever worked with. The Property Managers are quick to fix issues, reply to emails, and are generally very nice people. The building and units are relatively straightforward, but the price is great for being so close to Redwood City. Neighbors are respectful and generally the building is quiet (really thick walls). There can be a lot of construction and such around the building sometimes. We almost moved twice during our time here for various reasons, but each time our Property Managers have worked with us to find solutions that made us very happy to stay.Definitely recommend if you're interested in simple, relatively affordable living with Property Managers who genuinely care.”

“Good little place! Clean and fun for the pups. Not a lot of room to run but perfect for a gated place to let them off leash and explore new smells! Has a public restroom as well.”

“Nice place to live. There are 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi with BBQ that are nice to enjoy with friends. Sad they do not rent studio, the offer starts with 1 bedroom.”

“We have lived at the Villa for 2 years, and it has been great with my husband’s wheelchair. I would describe the facility as “low-frills”, but everything that we need is here. We appreciate that the residents are very diverse, friendly, and mutually supportive. We are happy to have down-sized and gotten rid of property maintenance. Some of the frills that we do have are:1) twice weekly exercise classes2) a beautiful swimming pool that is kept sparkling clean3) Amazon Hub package delivery4) good equipment in the exercise room5) social activities6) a comfortable guest room for visitors7) attractive landscaping”

“Great location! Conveniently located near Caltrain station, groceries and some awesome restaurants in the downtown area. Apartment plans are convenient with all latest amenities. The community is well maintained as well.Be mindful that their standard move out charges for cleaning, painting add up to more than the deposit so you’ll end paying additional fees after move out.”

“Hong Q. is your person in the customer relationship team. He is super proactive and very cooperative. My problem was very complex and he was able to resolve it so efficiently just over a phone call; I didn't have to visit the office or do multiple follows-ups. He assured me that everything will be resolved and taken care of. Saved me so much headache! Thank you Hong :)”

“Joel Marquez Z. He’s the best ever! We have lived here over a year and will be living here another year: he is the best part of living here!! He always is willing to help, he is so kind, any maintenance request he fixes right away, he is amazing. Above all, he actually cares so much about all the people living here and he always says hello, he is the best employee here and he always makes my day. Thank you Joel!”

“I'm not normally a reviewer, but I've seen a negative review or two for this place and I wanted to just combat that a bit because I feel it's unwarranted. I've lived here for about 9 months. I moved in last July after looking for a bigger place. I first met the property manager (Andrea) on my initial visit. She was helpful and informative and really made me feel like she was excited for me to come live here. From the first day I moved in I've been happy. I love my neighbors. I love the park across the street. I love how most are dog or cat owners and love saying hi to you in passing. I've made great friends here already. If there's an issue with your apartment (luckily I've only had one), Andrea is a text away and is extremely responsive. She's also kind and flexible. It doesn't make sense for me to hear anything but. I can't tell you enough how amazing she's been and how happy I am living here. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone and am excited to live here for years to come.”

“It seems to me a very nice place with reasonable prices, the interior of the apartment is the most spacious you will find in the whole city, the administration and staff are very friendly people who are willing to help at all times. I recommend it if you are thinking of moving.”

“We lived at Township for 2 years.Pros:- Apartment itself is very nice and new.- Sound: Almost never heard our neighbors. (If you're on the side of the building that faces construction, it can get pretty loud though)- Packages: Never had issues with packages getting stolen- Maintenance: They're great and will fix things right away.- Dogs: Quiet and safe neighborhood to walk the dogs. Grassy area on the side of the building for dogs to go.Cons:- Management: Communication is horrible. If they say they'll contact you about something, most of the time they don't and you have to follow up. Our move in process was very stressful because of this. We had agreed on a move in date and to come pick up keys the morning of. When we arrived, they said we had to resign the lease. We left and came back in the afternoon but they said they still weren't ready yet. After a lot of back and forth, we weren't able to pick up our keys and move in until the end of the day, so we wasted a whole day because of them.”

“I have become more and more pleased with my decision to move here. This is by far the quietest building I have ever lived in! Now that the construction is coming to a close, the upgrades were worth it. The fact that the building is downtown makes a huge difference to me, as does the proximity to the Caltrain. I look forward to many more years here in the building and the community.”

“Radius has been a pleasure to live in. The apartment itself is spacious with a beautiful tree outside sitting perfectly below the windowsill. All "issues" have been addressed swiftly, including the need for a new Washer/Dryer. Not only did this get replaced within a couple of days, but we also got a slight upgrade in what type of washer/dryer we got (yay!). Francisco was the tech who helped install this and was very courteous of my two pets wondering about as he was working.I have lived in over 7 apartments across the west coast. And I mean APARTMENTS. Radius is a large community with hundreds of people living here, so somethings cannot be avoided. For instance, I hear people in the hallway at times (small children), elevators need repair (but in my experience, it only took a day to get repaired. No further issues since we moved in)... When I sign-up to live in an apartment, these types of things just don't bother me. Moreover, I expect them to happen from time to time. The Radius team has already been communicative about when issue do occur, and seem to get them resolved in a timely fashion.Reading through other comments, my advise would be to not live in a large, apartment community. If you are okay with the apartment living lifestyle, Radius is a great choice with a location that is hard to beat (walking distance to RWC Downtown!).10 out of 10 recommend to other openminded apartment renters.”
