“Living here was overall a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The management (Sabrina and Charlie) and maintenance teams were very responsive and did an excellent job of addressing any concerns. If you can tour and like what you see, I would recommend living here.

Pros:

- Value (my unit had in-unit laundry, though not all units do)
- Parking availability for guests
- Proximity to Safeway and Waterdog Park

Cons:
- Distance from 101 and public transit
- Older establishment (nothing is too jank, so not an issue if you’re able to tour in person and are okay with it)
- Poor noise isolation. I was never bothered by my neighbors, but it will probably be an issue if you want to have frequent social gatherings.”

“This is a wonderful community; management is responsive, and the area is always clean, organized, and peaceful. Rolando, who takes care of maintenance requests, is not only highly professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and respectful. He always completes every job with great care and attention to detail. It’s reassuring knowing he’s in-house and always ready to help. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and many units even offer lovely views. I highly recommend living here.”

“From the moment my wife and I stepped into this community, we knew we had found something special. The sense of belonging and camaraderie here is surreal, making it one of the best decisions my wife and i have ever made.

The neighbors are not just friendly; they are genuinely caring and supportive. Whether it’s helping each other out during a move, organizing community events, or simply sharing a cup of coffee, there’s a warmth that fills the air. It’s honestly refreshing to live in a place where people look out for one another.

The amenities and surroundings only enhance our experience. There is a great gym, pool and on-site golf simulator (yes I said golf simulator). If you are an outdoor runner like me, you will love the surrounding neighbor hood. There are also many local shops and restaurants you can walk to. We love walking downstairs to the local Canteen and bare bottle brewery. My wife and I have also enjoyed participating in community gatherings, which have introduced us to so many amazing individuals. There are weekly community dinners as well as various community events thru out the year! I honestly have never been in such an engaging community!

What truly sets Springline community apart is the amazing staff!! I do not know a more caring, hardworking and dedicated staff devoted to their residents. They are always greeting you with a smile and ready to help with whatever issue you may have and they go far above and beyond to meet that. This is why I can honestly say that the staff at Springline have become more than just staff, they have become family. Springline residents truly appreciate the staff here and it shows. Recently we all pitched in to throw a gratitude dinner for all the Springline staff and maintenance as a way to show how grateful we are for their hard-work. Andrew, Justin, Ana, Paula, Kayla, Brian, Carlos, Freddie, Caro and all the others I missed here…THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS PLACE SPECIAL! SPRINGLINE IS BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE OF YOU!!”

“My husband and I have lived here for over a year and recently resigned our lease. We love it here! Not just because of the beautiful setting, amenities, and service.. it’s about the community we’ve found here. The property manager and maintenance personnel are the amongst the nicest people we have met. They offer equal parts high standard of professionalism and genuine friendliness. We also bonded with our fellow dog loving neighbors as Locale is a super dog friendly environment. Periodically, we have fun residential events that help bring us all together and meet new residents. The monthly activity calendar holds fun and engaging things to do that encourage socializing with neighbors. I especially love the interior decor that gives the place an extra flair of extravagance; in addition, the exterior palm trees by the pool extend a feeling of being on vacation and make for enjoyable relaxation any time of day.”

“Great value, location, and awesome property managersMy partner and I have been residents at Brewster Place since 2017. In that time we've had 3 different pairs of Property Managers, all of whom live in the building. Each have been excellent, but the latest duo - Gwyneth and Sterling - are the most communicative, attentive, and collaborative Property Managers I've ever worked with.The Property Managers are quick to fix issues, reply to emails, and are generally very nice people.The building and units are relatively straightforward, but the price is great for being so close to Redwood City. Neighbors are respectful and generally the building is quiet (really thick walls). There can be a lot of construction and such around the building sometimes.We almost moved twice during our time here for various reasons, but each time our Property Managers have worked with us to find solutions that made us very happy to stay.Definitely recommend if you're interested in simple, relatively affordable living with Property Managers who genuinely care.”

The community is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation. “I lived in 777 Hamilton between May - August 2024 in a 1b1b in the third floor of building G.

Pros:
- Management is very responsive and attentive to requests. All maintenance issues I had were promptly solved.
- Apartments are modern and nicely kept. I got a furnished apartment and everything in it was top notch. The fact windows are big also brings in a lot of sunlight, which is great.
- Quiet neighborhood. In general, the neighborhood is very calm and safe. There usually is a police car parked in the corner of the street, which is nice to have around. Despite the fact we have a fire station two blocks away from the property, I never heard sirens or any sort of noise.
- Very close to Bay Trail. I used to bike out of the property into Bay Trail every weekend and it was great!

Cons
- Management is remote. If you have a problem that needs to be solved immediately, you’re gonna be stressed.
- Despite the fact the neighborhood is quiet, Meta (which is across the street) brings in garbage trucks at 3am daily. If you’re sleeping with the windows open, this will wake you up. (On the other hand, if you like AC, windows are great at isolating noise from the outside).
- The neighborhood is very walkable, but there is nothing there other than houses. The grocery stores nearby are small and expensive. Most often, if you’re meeting people or buying something, you’re gonna be going to Palo Alto. If you don’t have a car, this can be a painful 40min commute in public transportation.”

“We’ve been here about six months and we’ve been really happy with the property. Helen is by far the best building manager either of us have ever had (I mean honestly, even in other “luxury” apartments have you ever seen another manager who is always in the office during open hours? She’s so easy to reach!), and the other staff are wonderful too. We’ve been impressed with how on top of regular maintenance they are—it’s clean, landscaped, and the few issues have always been dealt with proactively and quickly.”

“Great location! Conveniently located near Caltrain station, groceries and some awesome restaurants in the downtown area. Apartment plans are convenient with all latest amenities. The community is well maintained as well.Be mindful that their standard move out charges for cleaning, painting add up to more than the deposit so you’ll end paying additional fees after move out.”

“Rosio was so sweet, helpful, and patient. It seems that the new ownership is going to be a great improvement for the old buildings. The inside of the apartments were well maintained and spacious.”

“I have become more and more pleased with my decision to move here. This is by far the quietest building I have ever lived in! Now that the construction is coming to a close, the upgrades were worth it. The fact that the building is downtown makes a huge difference to me, as does the proximity to the Caltrain. I look forward to many more years here in the building and the community.”

They properly refunded my deposit after I decided not to rent and handled everything in a very professional manner.”
