Less than 1/2 star. Frequent customer here and on a hot day, I politely asked for ice only AND I HAD MY AM PM SODA CUP with me from earlier today.Lady without glasses said I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU.Oh, I'm a 40 year San Mateo resident nearby

Only except debit cards with a $.35 fee. Do not stop here unless you are out of fuel. The cashier must have received the same complaint once and over, his only response new...it's Arco.

I had to stop at this gas station on my way to a job as it was the closest one & I was nearing empty. They only let you pay via debit card, which I thought was suspect but needed to buy gas. Mere minutes later there were thousands of dollars of charges on my debit card. Now my card is compromised & I cannot use it, access fund to my bank account & have to wait until the bank clears all the bogus charges. This place is a fraud, DO NOT use your debit card here!!

Gosh - Tiny little store but six pumps with nice wide aisles and a really high canopy for big trucks. Store is clean but always crowded because it's so darned small. Employees are very pleasant, and selection is fabulous. Why three stars? Because when I pull off the road with my head ringing from road noise and the beginnings of a migraine, the last thing I want to be confronted by is twelve (count 'em - 12!!) television screens SCREAMING nonsense at me while I pump my gas. It's so loud that I can't even decipher the words.

Beware - gas pump does not accept credit cards. For ATM cards, there is a surcharge. Even then, you have to pay not at the pump but at a separate station or inside the store. Why make it so difficult for a paying customer? The prices are not cheaper too. Do not waste your time here. There is another gas station just 200 meters up the same road.
