I had called about a week ago regarding having my Dodge Challenger tuned and both times that I called, I spoke to a woman the first time I called and then the second time I spoke with a man. I was surprised by how much information they gave me over the phone. They informed me of better alternatives and I really felt like they wanted to make sure I was not going to waste any money on things I did not need. Very good people and very honest.

Great auto repair shop, technician knows its art and always get it done right, very experienced, i've been using they expertise for years. I definitively recommend to all, mostly they work on imported cars tho...

I have known Julio since the early 2000 when my boyfriend used to take his Mazda to the dealership where Julio was working. I've always felt safe having Julio work on any of my three cars because he is so detail-oriented and experienced with all he had learned at the dealer. As a matter of fact, he had helped me buy my first car (Volkswagen Golf) that lasted 16 years with Julio's great maintenance. Then, I had '01 Subaru Legacy and now a new 2017 VW GTI that he is a taking such a great care of! Because of my regular maintenance services and the excellent care Julio has offered, I have never experienced any major repairs. I've been very satisfied and highly recommend Advanced Diagnostics in Belmont.

Julio is a magician. My EFI CTRL fuse kept blowing. I did everything I could to diagnose with a test light, looking for pinched/melted wires, continuity tests, replacing switches, and the list goes on without being able to find the short. Julio is a real problem solver, he's not going to tell you to buy a new starter like the dealer did. He found the issue and corrected it within a day. His price for diagnostics and repair was still less than what the dealer wanted without even popping the hood. I highly recommend Japan Diagnostics for any electrical issues you may have. His wife who works the front desk was also a pleasure to work with. If you call and they don't answer it's because she likely with a customer as she values the in person customer service more than anything. I'll never take my car to another shop again.
