I had time to kill working next door. Checked my oil saw it was low, so I popped in to see if they can change the oil in my food truck quick. 15 min later it was done and I’m on the road selling again. Friendly honest people. Plus I hear the owner grew up in SF??went to Riordan??. I know he’s smart cause he sent his kids to Serra where I went so I’ll be back for sure. I recently had my car serviced at this auto repair shop, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. They're all about getting the job done quickly and at a fair price. I went in for a simple oil change and to have my headlight replaced, and they had me in and out in no time.The best thing about this place is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need. They just focus on the task at hand and make sure it's done right. Plus, they didn't break the bank with their pricing, which is always a relief.The folks working there were friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I appreciate when a business keeps things simple and doesn't overwhelm you with technical jargon. Fantastic experience with 5 star! I have an 04 Chevy Avalanche that needed the AC repaired and wheels balanced. After taking it to several other mechanics who were not able to fix the AC, 5 start fixed it better than it was. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for true professionals.

Fantastic experience with 5 star. Brought my 04 Chevy avalanche in to get the AC repaired and wheels balanced. Was updated via text every step of the way and pricing was very fair. Fadi was extremely accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend them for service and repairs!

This shop saved our necks! They did a prepurchase inspection of a car we were thinking of buying. The car looked like a great deal: One owner, low mileage, garaged, etc. But the inspection turned up numerous problems that we never could have uncovered on our own. Fadi went above and beyond to explain the inspection findings in detail, and to give us expert tips on used-car shopping more generally. He is a very diligent and honest professional who clearly cared about us as people. I cannot recommend the shop more highly. Thank you!

I don't often take the time to write reviews but I feel like 5 Star Auto Service in Belmont is worth the time crafting this post. I've been loyal to my local Toyota for several years and have been skeptical about finding a new shop but have been to this location twice. Once for a new oil pan and just recently for the lock actuators on my front doors. Toyota quoted me 2x the amount for both services and the 5 Star crew did a phenomenal job for a great price. Thanks gentlemen, I really appreciate it! I'll see you now for my regular maintenance.
