They balance all 4 of my tires in a heart beat after I had my tires installed by another shop and failed miserably to balance them with the old school weights. Smart Tires used the stick on weights to balance to precision my tires in which i was really really happy. Luis and his crew are really busy and a little of bit of other clients speaking up can help them out a lot. Communication and speech is the key for an understanding. Thank you Luis. “They fixed the suspension on my 23-year-old van that I'd been told in Tucson was done right, bu, in fact, was not. There was also a grinding sound I thought was normal. I hit a pothole in Long Beach really hard with brakes on. Through word of mouth, I found B&D. Now, not only is the wobble caused by the pothole gone (I thought mb the wheel would fall off), there's no grinding sound when the wheel is max turned, either way.
