I had had a wonderful birthday all day long and wanted to end the day with a coconut pineapple thrifty ice cream. We walked in and two ladies were at the cashiers counter, I casually informed one of them that we were going to purchase ice cream. She happily directed us to the ice cream and informed us that someone would be there to help. Our two kids has selected the flavor they wanted, their favorite, rainbow sherbet, my wife and I picked rocky road and coconut pineapple, respectively. We waited and the supervisor at the time came over and stated that she had closed the ice cream counter for the day. I proceeded to ask her what time they closed the ice cream and she ignored me and yelled over all the way to the people in line to check out the next customer. To say she was rude is an understatement. What a way to end your "Happy Birthday day", so much for happy. On our way out we asked the cashier what time they close and she stated that they should close at 10pm when the store close but that the supervisor closed it early at 8:30. I was not even done with our conversation when the supervisor in hot pink/purple hair rushed over angrily yelling at the worker and waving her arms wildly. This made my kids and wife so unsafe and they pulled my by my arm out of the store. Happy Birthday to me!

My goodness. I witnessed the most crazy incident the other day.... It was absolutely uncomfortable and unnecessary. So someone wanted to buy a toy for their baby. It rang up a different price then what was showing in the aisle I guess. The woman let the man at the register know that the whole rack said whatever price. The man took the customer to the aisle saying if she showed him the price he would honor it. I don't know what happened back there but he was yelling at her the whole way back asking her if she wanted the toy. " DO YOU WANT IT?! DO YOU WANT IT. "He was so beyond rude it was absolutely disgusting. Well he berated her so much that the poor woman finally snapped and she said NO and took the toy out of the bag and she threw it on the counter. Tell me this unprofessional disgusting man didn't start yelling at her. This woman was holding a baby. She tried grabbing her stuff ( she paid for it we all watched her pay for it as we stood in line ) and she tries to leave and this psychopath starts yelling at her acting like she's stealing. Man oh man talk about prideful rude and disrespectful. I can't... I really can't. He caused a whole show for the rest of us. I mean he antagonized this poor woman till she flew off the hinges and I don't blame her. One of the other customer stepped in thank God. This man was like she did pay for it! Come to find out the guy at the register was supposedly an assistant manager. Assistant to what? Rage? He didn't assist this poor woman to anything except I'm sure some high blood pressure. What a j**** I hope they fire him! All that in front of a child? I'm sorry he needs to get lost. Maybe be a dishwasher where he doesn't deal with people because he's going to end up disrespecting the wrong person all for what? Not honoring the price as he should have at any other major store? What would it have costed him?He ruined her day, all of our days for what? $5. What a complete scumbag. I'll never go here again. I hope that lady and her baby doesn't either. It's no surprise this place has 1 1/2 stars.

I shop Rite Aid quite frequently and these have to be the rudest employees ever. It's a bathroom for gawd's sake. The front of the store had no idea if one is available and sends you to the pharmacy where I was unfortunately met with a very rude employee. If ur bathrooms are both out of order put a note on both restrooms and it's totally uncalled for to be so rude about it.

This review is for the pharmacy part of Rite Aid at this facility. I have made an appointment to have my covid vaccine done and I would like to say that the pharmacist at both times I have worked for my first and second shot young male Asian descent was good customer service the first time I went and second time in fact you remember me the second time and we will relating about a tattoo that I have and he was really really understanding and it was pretty good the second time he had a fellow pharmacist or somebody was working in there being a little snooty and demanded his attention but he was being customer service with me so I just want to let you know he's really a customer service and a good pharmacist and that is my review

Honestly, for a place known for it's ice cream, it sure takes forever to get ice cream here. This is the fourth time I've come to grab something from the store and decided, "why not?" And have just stood in the line for ice cream. No one acknowledges that you're there. It's irritating, especially when it's hot out. And if you speak up while in line, the attitude you get is not even worth it. I love Thriftys ice cream, but I sure as hell am not buying it here. It's walking distance from me, just around the corner. I'd rather drive to the next Rite Aide and lose my parking spot than get it here. Sorry for the rant, but I've had about enough of the BS here.

Found my items easily and they even have thrifty ice cream, both in tubs in the freezer and also a real ice cream booth where a worker scoops by hand and you can choose a cup or a cone. So that's pretty cool, I've never seen that before in a drug store. I like it!

The people here are very helpful. The store is usually well stocked and the employees are quite knowledgeable of where things are. I purchased a jar of cranberry vitamins, and when I got home the seal was broken. I called the store and advised them of what happened. Even during the pandemic I was able to return the item with no hassle.

THE CRAP REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!!! Just walked in to pick up my prescription sent over 3 HOURS ago. They didn't bother to call for my insurance or fill it!!! So here I am waiting for them to fill it. I asked why they didn't call for my insurance info, "I don't know" it's because you guys are THE LEAST FRIENDLY staff I've ever experienced and clearly, lazy to boot! Thanks for not doing your job and wasting my time. I wish my insurance still had Walgreens. SMH.

The Rite Aid website lists cheaper prices but in store it is double and sometimes triple the price. They do not offer price match from their own website. They do not offer in store pickup.

Went into rite aid to pick up my infants medicine after getting her shots. I have her waiting in the car with my husband crying hysterically because she's in pain and I have JAZMIN an employee in the pharmacy tell me to " wait 15 minutes and she'll call me up "... I waited 30 minutes without her calling me back up. She then sees me walking over to the counter towards her and she didn't even let me reach the counter and cut me off by saying " oh it's ready on the other side already ". I waited 30 minutes for no reason while my child is in the car crying for her to tell me it was ready a while ago. Besides her being rude af, she had a nasty attitude. She then proceeded to tell me they didn't have the rite aid brand of medicine I needed so I was gunna have to get it from the outer store. I then asked " which type of Tylenol is the one I need so I can grab it " she then tells me sarcastically " any Tylenol would work "..... OKAY UR TELLING ME TYLENOL PILLS ARE OKAY FOR MY INFANT TO TAKE???? NOOO!!! So no random Tylenol would work so why would she tell me that??? She was just lazy a** hell to grab the one I needed because she needed to get out the pharmacy stand to go get it. Should be the reason why she's fat. So I go over to the other side to pick up my medicine I needed and another nice lady went out of her way to get out and help me pick out the correct Tylenol I needed. Rite aid, please do ur job and fire this individual. No body deserves to get treated the way I did.

This particular riteaid especially on todays visit was dirty-- the floors. Shelves disorganized. And the staff is cold and unwelcoming. Another guest and I were waiting at the ice cream section when finally someone came over and she just seemed irritated and like we were in her way. Deff won't be coming back. This isnt the first time staff is unpolite.

Seriously, I come here with my parents so they can pick up their big pharma candies and the fat lady at the pharmacy is super rude. She acts like she doesn't understand when asked different questions. Also, don't let this rude lady punch in her 5-star review. She did it without letting my parents pick the rating. The fat lady is forcing her 5 stars and not letting her customers do that. Look, Lady. If you don't like your job, leave. Stop being rude, be cordial, and spread some love. Seriously. When your customers say thank you, be nice and say you're welcome at least. We are the reason you are behind that counter checking us out and making a living.

This is one of the better bigger chains that chose to stick with our shitty city. If you dont like the place or location dont comment on it and move on
