absolutely the slowest and worse pharmacy. waited an hour in drive thru just to get covid test. do not come here for covid test.

This location does not prep for their schedule Covid testing appointments. Other locations have everything ready so that when you go through the line you can go through quickly. I sat at the window for almost 20 minutes while they prepped and asked for repeated information that was on my appointment forms. Will not go back to this location for Covid testing. Step up your game because your other stores are making you look like you don't care at all.

Avoid this pharmacy for vaccinations if possible. You will be left waiting, and waiting, and waiting. More than an hour here, just sitting. What is the point of making an appointment? Walk-ins run faster than this. At the moment of typing this, there is literally nobody in line waiting. Not in the drive through. Not in the seats. Clear. Your. Schedule.

This review is only based on the pharmacy, it's never been this bad before, if you go inside it takes over 45 minutes to actually get your medication and about 30 min to an hour or more in the drive‐thru and after all that, an attitude from the pharmacy tech, she gave me my son's medication and was rushing me away but I was trying yo pick up my own prescription. She found the medication but refused to give it to me because she needed approval from the pharmacist, I had already given her my Driver's license and I told her I didn't need anyone to explain to me how to take it. Then she throws my medication on the dispenser but doesn't say anything. Just keeps looking at the computer, so I wait another five minutes, then she tells me to take them, the pharmacist confirmed. I'm not sure what happened there but I've also been having issues with Walgreens not having my son's medication, they are always running out and it takes them a week to two weeks to bring some more out.

The girl with the orange hair was rude. The young man at the register was polite didn't get his name. I asked him if he could open the restroom door for me and he said it would be a while i didnt mind. I saw this girl walking over and I politely asked her if she would please open the restroom for me. She answered that's what I'm doing. Doesnt seem to like her Job.

I've been coming to this Walgreens for years and recently they have hired a new pharmacy technician in the pharmacy named Cassandra. She is the absolute worst person in the customer service business I seen in years! Normally I would not comment but this is the second time I've had contact with the young lady. The first time she charged me incorrectly in the drive through and I had to park to go inside to get my refund. This time she told me that the Dr didn't send in my refill. When another tech and the pharmacist stopped her to show her it was right in front of her. Needless to say, no apology was give and then she proceeded to tell me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow even though it was no fault of mine! I will probably be taking my prescription to another place. This is very unfortunate b/c this Walgreens is right next to my house. I just want others to Please beware of going to this Walgreens pharmacy, just when I thought it couldn't get worse than it ALREADY was it has!

Drive thru pharmacy is a joke. Had a scheduled appointment to get covid test with 4 cars in front of me. When it was my turn to come up the person working said I had to come back 30-45 min later since there wasn't a pharmacist present even with an appointment. Like why have those times available to only get told to wait another 30 min. I recommend finding a better place if you're looking to schedule appointments.

Very disappointed. I went to this location to get a passport picture printed and the lady said she could not print them because my baby (9 month old) was not present. She had to "verify" the picture I was printing was him. Since when is it illegal to get a 2 by 2 picture printed? I had to drive down to another Walgreens and they gladly printed them for me. Will not be going back to this Walgreens.

This review is more for the pharmacy ... literally waited more than 30 min in the drive thru window to get my prescriptions.... isn't it suppose to be faster through the drive thru ... really thinking of changing my pharmacy since this is reoccurring issue
