“About 2 years ago Frankie developed IBD and kidney disease and my vet was pretty accurate that he would pass away at 14. A couple months ago, he was getting thinner by the week, seemingly wanting to crawl into the space heater. It took some time for my husband to agree it was Frankie's time to depart. I really didn't want a stressful car ride to the vet or worse, animal emergency. My local veterinarian referred me to Dr. Marchi. He was so gentle and compassionate and gave us the time we needed with Frankie before saying our final goodbye to his physical presence. I am so grateful that Dr. Marchi was the doctor who made his final passing as peaceful as possible.”

“If your biggest concern when Vet shopping is finding someone who will love your dog as much as you do, this is the place. I was hopelessly looking for somewhere to take my girl to find out if she was pregnant. This clinic is within walking distance from my home so I decided to try it out. I called and made an appointment, we went in and it's a cute little shop, nothing glamorous but I thought it was cozy. The receptionist/assistant? Named Chelsea was awesome. The doctor himself was a surprise. He walked up at started petting my baby and telling her how cute she was and that he loved her. Right away I'm liking this guys vibe, clearly he loves animals. There were some younger girls there as well, possibly family members that were helping him. They handled my baby very carefully as she was very nervous and shaking. 100/100 love the care and attention they all gave her. Previous all of her services were at Banfield and I'm positive all of those people are miserable. Only feedback I have, the "Fast Scan" was $150, but I was also charged an exam fee, which was mostly just doctor looking in her ears and listening to her heart..$62 for that which I wanted to mention but they were so nice I let it go. They also emailed me the ultrasound videos upon request”

“I brought down a "stray cat" that I had been feeding and wanted it checked out; nails trimmed, how old it was, a female--had it been fixed. Of course I planned to keep her. They found that she was microchipped and they reached the owners. A sad moment that I lost the stray back to its owner. But I have to say that the doctor and staff couldn't have been kinder to me. I had my kitty "Buttons" with them for 15 years and received excellent health check-ups for him!”

“I went to Lincoln Animal Hospital for the first time for some urgent care for my cat. It was a Saturday, and they were booked, but they saw us as a walk-in for urgent care. The girls at the front desk were super nice and checked me in right away. I was told I would have to wait, but the wait was only 10 minutes. Dr Lan was so nice and caring. He relieved my worries immediately. I thought maybe my cat needed an xray to check for an intestinal blockage, but he said he didn't think that was necessary. He sent us home with a mild laxative and she was fine when we tried the laxative for a couple days. This was the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a veterinary office and I look forward to taking my other two cats to this office for any future veterinary needs they may have. I give this office 10 stars ?”

“Myself and my wife went after the New Year to take in our 14 + old Tabby gray cat GOHAN to see if they could put him down as he was suffering for over 9 days he had multiple medical conditions , and had been slowly declining never complained by crying or anything. We had a rough time getting through the process of parting ways with Gohan he was such a great cat & will be missed dearly. The Doctor, his son , & their staff were very understanding and still being our first time visit at that clinic, treated Gohan as they would do any animal checked ,examined him, weighed him, explained his condition to us , and allowed us to be able to make the hard decision of putting him down so he could be at peace. We highly recommend this clinic , and will definitely be bringing in our other animals to this clinic . Our clinic was booked and closed one extra day for New Years and we appreciated this place for being open, and that staff, and doctors , for the way that they handled our situation professionally. “Thank you for taking care of my Lucy , she's 1 year old Maltese n very energetic. She swallowed a piece of plastic n started gagging, I put my finger in her mouth and couldn't find it . We rush to ER in Cerritos, eight hours later n waiting for some results of X-rays , and didn't do anything but give her some liquid to drink. The next morning We took her to Hollydale vet and they were sensitive to my feelings n gave her antibiotics and pain medication that made her comfortable. After 1 week later ,she pooped it out . She's back to normal. Thank you for caring n making her feel comfortable during this scary time.”

“They have been taking care of our cat for 2.5 years since we found her as a kitten. I do have an issue with the microchips they are using, and I did reach out to them for help. So I would go somewhere for a microchip and ask what the company is for the microchip and do some checking on it. I didn't do my homework in advance to ask what microchip they are putting on my cat and turned out to be some fishy company with hundreds of complaints with BBB that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, I found that not all microchip manufacturers are the same, so it matters what you chip your pet with.”
“Dr. Sal has known my family and our animals for over 20 years. We recently took 2 of our fur babies to be put down here.He was so kind and honest with us. He was blunt about what prices would be for my cats blood tests and was comforting when I had to make the choice to send my Tuesday across the bridge. I will admit the wait times are not ideal when dealing with an emergency visit. Beyond glad we were able to find him still practicing vet medicine.”
