Poor customer service my mom and my dad went there to apply for passport and the lady in front desk said they need to make online appointment in order to get a US passport.
My parents force to do online appointment which is not everyone have a knowledge using online or computer.
My dad is already 78 years and his vision wasn't good, the same on my mom never done online appointment,USPS has no consideration. They want them to come back Saturday to get a passport.

Bad service, I had an appointment at 215 and didn’t get seen until after 240 she took someone 5 minutes before my appointment. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment, no agent was there at the counter when I got there.at 210 someone walked in and she took them first not sure why .. she took about 30 mins to help them out. I drove out there because my son’s dad was going to meet us there during he’s lunch, he was late getting back to work. Smh I had everything ready my copies my check and my picture for my son. Overall I was there one hour and 10 minutes, my process at the counter was about 15 mins. I would suggest go some where else for your passport.

Poor service. Inept employees. When making inquires, employees give different answers. Lastly, an agency should admit when they have made a mistake and want to make it right. Maybe one day USPO will be replaced with automation since they do not think they can be replaced since they are not competing with another agency; so therefore they do not feel they have any reason to offer quality service.

The staff, especially the ladies here are so kind and helpful. A clean cut office with kiosks, materials and staff ready to help you out.

Open 9 am sharp. Everybody is working diligently to serve customers. I hope they put more supply in the lobby and also put kiosk.

I had a package to be delivered and they keep giving same update daily - not access to delivery location ! Ridiculous.

The worst thing that has happened to shipping service in the whole world. Fist off I sent a package worth thousands of dollars through them and they stole it and refused to my money or give me my package. The tracking showed that the package never left their location. The manager knew who took it but refused to act on it. Like I offended them they still put my mail in the wrong mailbox. Even after complaining severally. I almost missed an important interview because of them. They mail came several days before, I only discovered it a day before my interview. They should close down this location or change management.

I came here to get a new passport and I was expecting the worst but was pleasantly surprised with how great the service was. They took me a little before my actual appointment time which helped me get out on time. Lloyd was the exceptional employee that helped me through the process. I had no idea what I was doing and he was so patient and kind. He let me retake my picture so I wasn't stuck with a horrible passport photo. He made sure everything was correct and walked me through the expedited process. His other colleagues were also very kind and helpful. I will be coming back to this location for all of my postal needs! Thank you all!
