I went to Town Cleaners about 2 weeks ago just to inquire about their services. At that time I met Celi, who smiled, was kind and friendly even though I only had questions without service needed this particular day. I assured her that I would be back to have my clothes clean. Today I went in to pick up my clothes and I met Fabiola not only did she have the same demeanor as Celi she was very professional. These two ladies are definitely an asset to your business and should be commended on their excellent works. Thank you ladies for being nice my motto is : "it's nice to be nice" continue doing an excellent job. I'm coming back.

I am very disappointed with services all my snow white dresses are now cream white with visible stains on them, a new jacket I've worn just once is now ripped at the back, not how I gave them. Never using them again.Services: Laundry pick-up

I took my pants to be hemmed. The quality of the work is very very poor. When brought to the attention of the owner, he acted like I was lying. It did not just happened to one pair of pants but all 3 pairs. Owner very unprofessional. Lack of care and responsibility of their mistake. He never gave me a solution owner just gave me excuse after excuse. No customer service skills. When addressing the issue. The owner also just walked away ignoring me. Do not use their services. besides prices are high also. Very very disappointed.
