I’ve been a customer at Touch Of Beauty salon since 2005. The service that I received mostly was eyebrow tattooing. Once I tried permanent make up eyeliner but I didn’t like that. I loved the eyebrow tattooing. Adela did an amazing job. I relocated to Georgia, and still returned to California to get my eyebrows tattooed by Adela. Relocated to Washington state still returned to get my eyebrows done by Adela. I’ve been a default customer since 2005 to the present. I bet Adela does not even know my name. Usually if I know, I’m coming to California. I will schedule an appointment. I came to California February 4-9 for my daughter‘s dress fitting for her wedding in December. I forgot to schedule an appointment.. So I called Adela two or three days before scheduled to leave. She was gracious enough to accommodate me for February 8 at 9:30 AM. I accept it. However, it did not fit into my daughters schedule for transportation so I called Adela to see if we could get that appointment later. We figured it out for later. The appointment was for 5:30 PM. She text me OK 5:30 PM thank you. Not paying attention to the number she text me from. I texted her back at the number that I always called her on. Perfect so I thought. I was staying in Northridge, California and Touch of Beauty is in Bellflower, California 49 miles checking the GPS app I need to leave home at 3:15 PM to arrive at 5:30 PM.. Traffic was really bad my arrival time kept changing 5:45PM was one in. The other one was 5:35 PM. I text this information to her to keep her informed an update it. Once I arrived, I text her to let her know I was there. Park the car got out walk to the shop. It was dark inside. Got back in the car. Texted Adela to let her know I was going to the store and the text me when she got there. No response once in the store I decided to call her she said because I did not. respond to her text. She left at 5:30 PM. I believe I arrived around 5:37 PM. The text message has no time on it. Why I don’t know !!! I will never text business again always call. She would not return to the shop, seems to me the decent/respectful/annable/courteous thing a human being who’s had a customer for 18 years would aim to please that customer and keep the customer. I am 68 years old with severe arthritis in my right hip and possibly in my left hip. Therefore sitting for that long period of time it’s very painful. I will never do business again with Adela.I love her work, but that is no way to treat a loyal customer. That’s why I said she probably doesn’t even know who I am. Loyal customer for 18 years !!!Good riddance !!!Service: Permanent makeup

I have been going to Adela for more than 15 years for permanent makeup. I had been shopping for someone to do my eyebrows and eyeliners for many years. After peering at people's faces, eyeing their tattooed eyebrows & eyeliner I spotted a set of beautiful eyebrows and liners on a co-worker's face. That is what led me to Adela for permanent makeup in Bellflower.Just about anyone with a little training can do tattooing. Adela is an artist and a perfectionist. She has a trained critical eye for what shape would enhance your face. She has done my eyebrows, eyeliners, eyeshadow and lip liner. When I go to her, I trust her completely and lay my face in her hands. Results are spectacular.I have sent many of my friends to Adela to correct various problems with their permanent makeup. She has done wonders for everyone. Another plus, her prices are very reasonable. A friend recently asked-she is so reasonable-is she any good? Needless to say, this friend is now a regular client of Adela.If I could give 10 stars- I would.Read less

This is a full service beauty salon located in Bellflower Ca, 9112 Alondra BlvdBut what's more important it's family owned. Joanna and her sister are both very experienced stylists, AND EYEBROW TATTOOISTS. YOU HEARD ME. Joanna and her sister both do excellent eyebrow tattooing. If you've had your eyebrows messed up by slitting with a scalpel Joanna is the one you want to see. She specializes in repairing damage from this type of procedure. Prices are reasonable and they really care about you. Give them a call.
