Spoke with Joseph also and could honestly say the same thing for him.
I came with family and they made sure to make them all feel welcome and included and made sure to keep offering them water to make them feel comfortable. That’s a plus in my book. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with STG!!!
Miguel and Team made it happen for My Wife and I. We came in and needed a car to replace our recently totalled vehicle as the rental car was due. He made sure we were in the vehicle we wanted by the end of the day! Will be recommending Miguel and STG to everyone I know. Go check them out!

Edit: I called again and couldn't reach the manager, so I emailed him instead and was ghosted again.
STG refused to honor their warranty. I purchased a car from Eric, Gabriel and Alex and within a month issues were coming up with the radiator, brakes and high beams. STG also owed me a charger and tire puncture kit for my car that they kept promising and promising and never gave me even after I kept calling and asking about it. Scheduling service was really difficult and the managers lied to me about covering my transportation costs. Near the end of my warranty period, I asked them to look at the radiator and brakes and to give me my tire kit that they owed me. They only looked at my radiator, didn't give me the tire kit, told me to pick up my car and bring it back later despite my warranty expiring that weekend, saying that they would make a note. Then they ghosted my phone calls and emails asking for the warranty service despite multiple follow-ups. Very unprofessional. They also beg everyone to leave good reviews for them which is where all the 5 star reviews are from.

I got a 2021 Honda Accord April 2024 and on August 2024 I had all the light turn on like a Christmas tree worst nightmare!!! Turns out i need a new engine at only 54,000 mile. I was solid a lemon.
