I wish I could give negative stars for this dogs**t internet. It has constant outages, they're prices always increase and you don't get what your really paying for. I wouldn't wish this Internet on my worst enemy.

The store itself smells horrible the minute you walk in of sewer (putrid). It is not pleasant at all. What is even worse is that many complaints have been made and they do not care to do anything about it. The store is nice and beautiful inside minus the horrible smell. We went to start service for my sons home (internet) and came out with a brand new iphone on top of new internet service. I too will switch over very soon to mobile service. We were greeted and serviced by Carlos from start to finish. HE IS OVER THE TOP AMAZING!!! No only is he kind and welcoming, but he is very knowledgeable! He is very thorough and goes over every detail and concern you may have, I cannot praise him enough. If you walk in, you will do yourself a huge service to ask for him.

Literally just came to pick up my equipment, something so simple and was unable to get that done. Gabriel, the representative was horrible! First he ignored me as I was obviously waiting in line for someone to help me. I asked him for help and then he gives attitude. He was unable to give me my equipment even though I had my confirmation number with me. Horrible customer service never coming back here again!

The worst customer service ever!!!!!! The guy got mad at me cause he couldn't sell or convince me to get mobile service through them. I have Verizon and he said they use Verizon towers so I asked why should I change when Spectrum is just gonna piggyback off Verizon. He got pist and walked away from me???

They take too long to serve you, they start talking to the customer about things that have nothing to do with the cable service. I say this so that I can hear what they want, they are close to me.

Guy was weird, kept trying to sell me a phone, and I made it clear I wanted an upgrade. Ultimately, the guy said I couldn't for really dumb reasons as to why. Dude literally even lied to me saying they didn't have the phone I was looking for in stores but as soon as he saw my account he went to the back and pulled out the new ohone like...okay? Anyway, this place is probably nice, but that guy took me for a fool, so I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon! Don't let my experience ruin yours. Spectrum is still pretty good in terms of service overall, in my opinion!

Customer service was horrible!! Went in to return internet equipment box there was literally no line and four worker/ employees jst walking around doing nothing literally jst standing there !!! My phone rang for my turn n msg said "go to any open teller" and wen I went up he acted confused like if he didn't know how to help a customer and literally walked away. I'm sry but that was not right and he erase my name from the waitlist board. So I wouldn't get helped.

The sales guy who helped me was great he really did try to help me . Although the manager there Mathew I think lied and said he was gonna credit me after givi giving me a phone that didn’t work . But the guy that helped me was great he tried everything possible to fix the problem.

Matthew the store manager was super helpful! I had ordered service through the phone with customer service and the phone call went well until I received an email listing the billings and I was going to be charged $130+ for cable, mobile line, and internet when I only wanted internet. I'm moving out for college and just need some affordable internet since I qualify for ACP and the lady over the phone was really trying to sell the company to me and me not being careful I consented to whatever she was charging me since the call was already about 40 minutes long. Nonetheless, I came into the store today and it seems this happens quite often and Matthew understood and was able to drop the charges I never asked for and explained everything to me in detail with a smile so I really knew what I was paying for. We both acknowledged the reason why the lady over the phone was trying to get me switch mobile carriers as I'm paying more with Verizon, but I want to stay with them and Matthew respected that fact with no issue or hard feelings. I'm a store manager myself and we deal with situations very similar to this when the customer service line leaves the customer unsatisfied, so one to another, thank you so much and you are an epitome of what customer service should look like!

Service was excellent. Changed my phone carrier to Spectrum. It was easy and not complicated at all. The service tech explained everything and was extremely helpful.

This review is for the store and for the phone customer service. The thing I like about this company is they have stores where if we have a problem or need to upgrade equipment, we can just go to a store and see if we can switch our current equipment. Which has helped me out in the past when my Wi-Fi has been horrible and with the switch of the equipment has helped my Wi-Fi work like brand new. As soon as you walk in to this store, you just sign into the computer in the front or towards the back and wait until your name is called. No hassle with the switching of new equipment even if it's the same equipment. Now for the phone customer service, called twice, the first time will have to say was no help whatsoever. Called because my laptop wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi but every other device was working fine connecting to the Wi-Fi, also the screen mirroring from my phone to tv's wasn't working either but it was working from my phone to laptop which was weird. The representative stated that since the laptop and phone could screen mirror that the laptop must have an issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi and I had to call apple for support since it was a Mac and since my tv's were connected to the Wi-Fi but wouldn't work with the screen mirroring that it must've been something wrong with my tv's and had to contact Samsung for that issue. It was quite annoying that he would claim that everything was wrong with my devices but nothing was wrong with the spectrum Wi-Fi and equipment. After we hung up I decided to go to the spectrum store and see if they can give me new equipment since I recently upgraded my Wi-Fi to the 1 gig, which at the time the representative that helped me with the upgrade stated that my (old) equipment would work fine with the new upgrade. Sometimes these representatives have no clue what they are talking about or aren't knowledgeable and just start guessing. I'm glad I decided to do the switch because that helped my Wi-Fi with all the issues I had. Was having some trouble setting up the new equipment but made another call to spectrum customer service and was kinda anxious that I would get the same representative from earlier. Luckily I didn't get the same one and got the equipment setup with no problem whatsoever. So I decided to take off two stars because of the mistakes that the phone customer service representative's made. Do wish there was a way to leave feedback to certain representatives from over the phone.

I read many negative reviews and dreaded going there. When I got there we were all greeted, and the staff was nice. Jonathan in particular was awesome with my inquiry, he was kind and patient with me and it set the tone for the day. Thank you.

I went in on July 29th 2023 I turned in all my equipment because I didn’t want to continue my service with spectrum . Today on September 18th 2023, I get email saying that my bill is overdue. These people at this location failed to to put in the cancellation. Now I’m being charged $184.72 for the months of August and September. I haven’t had their services since July 29th. This is the worst customer service I have ever received
