Your level of customer service is rare and isn’t something you can teach‼️ I appreciate your efforts and patience while trying to get me situated with my added service. Kind, humble & without a doubt A TRUE asset to SPECTRUM but most importantly, to that location….. ?? your hard work & efforts don’t go unnoticed!!!!
Note: I would give the location itself a 1⭐️ for the ridiculously long wait ((make sure you have lots of time on your hands because you’ll be waiting a WHILE))….

And they wonder why cable is dying! Horrible service. A piece of their equipment was sent to my address but in someone else’s name. I could have thrown it away, but instead drove across town to hand it back to them. They wanted me to wait in line behind 10 people. I explained I didn’t have an account and just wanted to hand it to someone. They refused. I explained I was trying to do them a favor and one of the guys told me I wasn’t do them a favor. I could just throw the equipment away.

Plenty of service agents. Though, they run out of boxes rather quick. Saturday late afternoon is the time to go, no waiting.

Came in, waited a few minutes, swapped out my equipment. Kenneth handled it professionally and in a swift manner. Though there was another person doing nothing while I was waiting, I was overall satisfied with my experience.

Never go to this store. Everyone on the reviews are right 100 percent. When i first approached to this store only to see if there hiring. Like i get they will tell you to " Go online" but i am curious about the atmosphere, so i went in anyways. So when i first approached to the store, this white/hispanic guy with black hair tried to scream at me telling me " WILL YOU SIGN OVER THERE PLEASE" Like hell i've never been to this store and that last commentor is right( plus he was also a victim of the same situation ive been through as well) They need to put a sign that says, sign into the computer, but regradless it shouldn't excuse to the fact that he was rude and hostile towards me. Like people don't know how to act welcoming no more like damn. But yeah aviod this place. This place left me felt tramatized

Worst customer service. Two staff members helping one customer when they could have split and helped others out. They were not training since I’ve seen them both work independently. The guy Carlos is rude and never activated my modem and service and failed to tell me that I had to call spectrum and have them activate it. I hate that in some cities you can only get spectrum.

I wish I could give negative stars for this dogs**t internet. It has constant outages, they're prices always increase and you don't get what your really paying for. I wouldn't wish this Internet on my worst enemy.

The store itself smells horrible the minute you walk in of sewer (putrid). It is not pleasant at all. What is even worse is that many complaints have been made and they do not care to do anything about it. The store is nice and beautiful inside minus the horrible smell. We went to start service for my sons home (internet) and came out with a brand new iphone on top of new internet service. I too will switch over very soon to mobile service. We were greeted and serviced by Carlos from start to finish. HE IS OVER THE TOP AMAZING!!! No only is he kind and welcoming, but he is very knowledgeable! He is very thorough and goes over every detail and concern you may have, I cannot praise him enough. If you walk in, you will do yourself a huge service to ask for him.

Literally just came to pick up my equipment, something so simple and was unable to get that done. Gabriel, the representative was horrible! First he ignored me as I was obviously waiting in line for someone to help me. I asked him for help and then he gives attitude. He was unable to give me my equipment even though I had my confirmation number with me. Horrible customer service never coming back here again!

The worst customer service ever!!!!!! The guy got mad at me cause he couldn't sell or convince me to get mobile service through them. I have Verizon and he said they use Verizon towers so I asked why should I change when Spectrum is just gonna piggyback off Verizon. He got pist and walked away from me???
