The place is small. I've been to other Quest labs and they're a lot more spacious. There was minimal seating available. The kiosk wasn't allowing me to check in with the QR code. People were going ahead of me. I finally had to ask the front desk lady to help. She checked me in without the help of the kiosk. That kiosk was useless. Y'all need a new big location.

Idk who the X-Ray technician was today but he was a baddie and i’ll be purposely hurting myself to come back. 10/10 service give that man a raise period.

This comment is based on past experiences. I believe that quest labs should not promote walk in patients unless there could be a number of dedicated openings per hour. You purely rely on no shows to accept those patients therefore if everyone shows up the walk in patients will not be seen.

Never thought I'd ever give a poor review to any sort of medical facility. I'm an anxious person when it comes to giving blood (verge of fainting) and the lady that drew my blood kept getting her attention taken away by her co-worker to show her how "cute" her child was IN THE MIDDLE OF DRAWING. It was a scary situation especially not knowing if the kids was going to jolt the chair i was in or the lady that was drawing. They were in my way when i tried to get out and i was stuck holding my urine for a while because the co-worker with the kid was inside of the office with her WHOLE FAMILY. Worst experience ever. So unprofessional.

I "HATE" giving bad reviews, but this place is a madhouse.
I went in for a biometric test for my insurance.
It is to keep my co-pay low, and it lets me know where I'm standing healthwise.
However the technician didn't weigh me, she asked "me"what my weight was...?!?
Fortunately I've been working on my weight so I had a good idea of what it was at the time.
She then handed "me" a tape measure and asked me to measure my own waste, then asked "me" what my height was.
These are all things that the technician measured themselves for accuracy every other time I've gone in at other places.
Also, it took more than a few attempts to get blood pressure as the machine was acting funny, so I'm not even sure if those numbers are 100%
The two stars are for the technician who was a sweet person.
I would not go here for tests for any serious medical situation.
Once again, the technician was a sweetheart, and she was only following the "how they do it there" format, so no shade on her.
