I just got 56 inch small knotless braids done by Kay at Pure Elegance. This is my 2nd time going to this salon. What a great experience again. Kay is so warm and lovely. All of the ladies are so kind. I love my braids. Thank you Kay! You are a gem ! So professional with a heart of gold! May you continue to be blessed! Put so much heat on my hair it damaged my hair and my curls NEVER CAME BACK! I had to cut it all off after 5 years of growing it out!

I honestly don't even know what's the point of having a business if you're not going to have any form of customer service whatsoever. I used to get my hair trimmed by SIMONE years ago, since 2010. I have been trying to get a hold of these people to make an appointment and they don't even pick up the phone!!!. The have a bunch of useless numbers on the website that does not work!!

I’ve been coming to this place for years and they never disappoint! Simone can make a mean wig and the dye job she did for me was absolutely gorgeous. Simone is super friendly and doesn’t use foul language or play any foul music (something I look for in a shop). Please go get your hair done at Pure Elegance you won’t be disappointed

Simone has been styling my hair for over 10 years. She is super talented and professional. She is my go-to stylist for all occasions for weaves, updos, ponytails, etc. And since the pandemic started, my go-to for wigs too!!! She makes custom wigs that look natural and stylish. I am so hooked on Simone’s beautiful custom wigs. She also sells beautiful, high-quality human hair. Simone is an excellent stylist, and Pure Elegance Salon is classy, clean, and everyone is very polite and respectful. You will not be disappointed.Service: Hair styling

My experience at pure elegance was phenomenal, the shop was extremely clean and my stylist was very professional she took her time and got my hair just the way I like it, I would recommend this salon to all.

I came here based on the high reviews given. Bad costumer service, waited 10 minutes at the front counter while 2 stylist where working on customers. Not one said anything nor come up to us to ask what we needed. I had to approach one of the stylist to ask questions. No professionalism in greeting first time customers.

First time going to this salon and had an awesome experience. I had Hala as my stylist and she did an amazing job!! I will definitely be going back and would recommend her very highly.

Two months I went back to Thessey, a hair stylist who saids she has 40 yrs of experience. However, I asked her to trim, blow dry, and flat iron hair. My hair is wavy and curly, and she damaged it by the high heat from the blow dryer. She should have known not to use extremly high heat because she did my hair before, and knew the texture. I didn't know it at the time until I washed my hair. I knew something was wrong when it didn't revert back on the second wash and was frizzy brittle & knotting and snapping off. I talked with two other hair professionals, and one examined my hair. They agreed it was heat damaged. I asked for my money back and this was her reply: "I will not give you the 100.00 back because I did what you asked of me and you were extremely happy". Yes, she did the job, but she damaged the HAIR, she didn't take accountability for the damage, now I have to cut it all off and start over again. Go at your OWN RISK!

First off if I could give NO star I would. I have NEVER got my hair colored at any salon. I color my own hair and this is FALSE advertisement. I was looking for a place to get my hair braided and seen that my photo was the cover for this business. I have NEVER been here and never gave permission to this business to post my photo. I'm unsure where you got my photo from to begin with. Further more I have not even colored nor pressed my hair in the past 3 years! I demand you to remove my photo from your false advertising unless you plan to pay me as you've never had permission to upload this photo that you clearly obtained from someone else. I've never been to your business establishment in my life. (In case you were confused in which photo I'm referencing to it's the one with the burgundy long pressed hair posted a year ago)

I walked into this salon by accident and I'm so happy I did. I needed a simple wash and braid monthly regiment and Hair Stylist Patrice always does a great job! She has also trimmed my hair on a couple of occasions and I was very pleased with the results. I will continue to use her service as needed and if your looking for great service and a hair therapist check her out. The salon is clean and the other Hair Stylist are professional and friendly as well.
