There aren’t words to describe the level of care and attention to detail I received from David and his team. Having never been involved in a collision repair scenario, I had no idea what to expect. The process with insurance, estimates, car rental, and so on, was all new to me. Luckily for me, I had very little to hassle with thanks to David. He handled it all. The dude is a miracle worker, and is so down to earth. If ever the need should arise, just look at the photos. I swear he bought a new truck and swapped the plates. Still in shock.Services: Painting

I made a huge mistake the other night by backing into a pole with my driver side door open. My door wasn’t off the hinges or anything so I didn’t know what to do. I knew I didn’t have to replace the door but multiple body shops told me I had to. I finally spoke to David and he let me know he was going to try his best to fix it while financially working with me. He was so friendly and professional. I have never received such impeccable service when it came to dealing with car issues. He has gained a life long customer. Not only did he fix my car perfectly he also cleaned the inside. I will be coming back to him to get my car detailed and incase I ever make a silly mistake again. Thank you so much!

I had an accident on the freeway that left my car in need for some repairs and recently moved to this area. I live in the neighborhood next door to this shop so I stopped by with my car and talked to David who was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the whole process. I felt safe leaving my vehicle in his hands. He was very responsive through out the repair period when I had any questions. When my car was completed I was in shock with how new it looked. David and his team went above and beyond. Before I gave him my car he assured me that he and his team were going to take care of me and he was not wrong. Not only did he repair the damages I asked for but he also took care of a few other scratches here and there. My car was also given back washed and detailed. Even when I popped the hood, I was shown that even my engine was completely cleaned up. I feel like the last time my car had looked this good was when I bought it off the lot. Great with communication , very informative, & David went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle he assured me everything was gonna be OK every step of the way When I got my vehicle back it qaa safer and looked better than it did when it went in I am totally satisfied and I would recommend others to this business, He even cleaned my engine in my interior as a courtesy.

The owner David is a great guy good vibes and good prices. I been to the shop twice now first time he replace my chrome emblems to all black with the oem emblems i brought him. Recently we took my mom's car a Toyota Camry to get the rear side repaired from a accident. David got everything done in 3 days. I will definitely recommend this shop great work and good people skills

David and all the wonderful people at the PAD were so knowledgeable and helpful and gave full transparency on what they were doing. This locally owned mom-and-pop shop gives affordable and gets things done right and gets them done fast. They'll run you through your options and they'll keep your budget in mind every step of the way.They helped me out on a major way when my serpentine belt was running down and my radiator hoses needed to be replaced. David was even able to grab me OEM parts in a timely manner and gave me quite the deal. I'm looking forward to using Preferred Auto Design on my next project and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a look at their car. Took my néw Mercedes Benz 2021 to David from a friend referral. Least to say he sprayed in my engine that I found out after I tried to sell my car to Nissan deal ship. Also used the wrong type of paint so that cost me $5,800. This dude is cheap. Don't go to this man for nothing. He blocked me and now he thinks I'm not gonna see him. Thanks David for messing up my new car. Also I clarified if he has ever done 2021 Mercedes snd he said yea which was a total lie. SCAMMER!!! I'll see you soon Also that chip in the video is from his cheap paint he put on my car. My AC also sounds like hissing every second from the spraying in the engine I think. Well that's what the dealership said. . Screw you david

Looked up Auto Body Shops in the Area,found yelp review on preferred Auto Design,called shop ,owner David , he was so helpful on getting my vehicle to shop,once there David took care of the rest ,1 week turnaround and car looks amazing,Body fixed to perfection,and not only that a beautiful Detail job,family and friends will always be recommended, Thanks again to the owner and buisness!!
