Very bad store. Very Bad! Smells like fish in there. My pole is smaller than all the other rods and wont catch fish. I am 100 percent Irish. I have better quality poles that I bought in Ireland. I will not return. EVER!

I fish only phenix rods (have 12) and love them up until I had to deal with their customer service. I placed a 800$ order for 2 titan rods 6/3/23 knowing it wouldn’t be processed until Monday. Monday 6/5/23 came and I called multiple times in an attempt to expedite my order. I was told to call back multiple times and at the end of the 4:30 I got a call back saying all the orders that were going out were already shipped and my order would be shipped Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday. Had they talked with me the first time I called my order could have been shipped today and I would have happily paid the extra fees. This saddens me as I will have to purchase their competitors rods for the trip. I don’t think I will be buying phenix rods again.

Great customer service... I stopped by and had a warranty exchange and the process easy the customer service rep named Riley was very helpful he took my rods and dissappeared around the corner to show the rod builders... I do wish they had a lobby (I stood there in the middle of a hallway) or somewhere to sit as I stood there and other workers kept coming out of the back looking at me and asking why I'm there? ... I had to explain myself to 3 other people who didn't even help me and they went back to whatever they were doing... lastly a gentleman named Matt came out and was very helpful answering my questions about rod differences and material used to make certain rods.. good experience overall this company backs the quality of their rods and they make it right with the customer for any manufacturer defect ...I will continue to enjoy the experience fishing with these amazing rods and will continue to support and recommend Phenix rods to all of my anglers... thank you for the customer service today!

I Bought a TRL-903-ML last week through their official website and received a defective rod. The packaging nice and secure, and it’s hard to believe such an accident would happen to a well-packaged rod that went through 2-hour-drive. Therefore, it’s likely that the rod is intrinsically defective when they sent it out. The customer service Michael Suggs suggested me return the rod with defects and give me a new one, which sounds reasonable in the first place. However, he didn’t mention that this process would take 30 days according to the website and even told me (maybe wrong information) that the no-hassle replacement requires sending back the old rod while paying for extra money. He eventually ghosted me when I requested talking to their senior member on the issue.Anyways, to purchase a defective product worthy of $200 through their official website and not able to have the warranty is an awful experience.Updates:The warranty teams are much more professional. They shipped the replacement immediately and send me a shirt and a hat. I would contact their warranty team only if there’s anything happening with the rod in the future.

Misleading info. This is where the rods are manufactured but there is no store and you cannot buy rods here.

Their warranty program is amazing! If you spend thousands on high quality rods like I do, then go with a company that won't give you trouble when it's time for a repair or replacement.

Purchased one of their M1 Inshore rods and the reel seat snapped after light fishing. The dealers won't handle warranty and they make you drive to Bellflower. The website claims lifetime warranty but they clearly are not actually supporting this. Will never buy another rod from them. After talking to a few buddies, it sounds like they had a similar experience. I'd advise steering clear of this brand.

Absolute worst customer service. First time buying a rod from Phenix which was their Elixir series rod, it broke and I tried contacting them no response. Never felt so ripped of my money and I have then switched to Daiwa and Megabass. I actually broke my P5 Windbuster and I got a response from Megabass within 3 hours. I will be staying away from Phenix Rods and I hope you do the same as of right now.

After a lots of research for the perfect Crankbait rod, I found the Phenix X-10 Composite crankbait rod. I searched my favorite fishing tackle websites for this rod, I could not find the weight I was looking for. So, I went directly to Phenix and boy am I glad I did.After watching the UPS tracking for a few days, the rod was on my front porch. I quickly opened the rod tube, only to find a 2 piece rod (broken rod) when I ordered a 1 piece. I sent an email to Phenix's Customer service, and Daniel G picked up my ticket and he told me exactly what I needed to provide. After sending him the pictures he needed, about an hour later, I get a follow up email from Daniel with a tracking number. All in one day!! I am beyond pleased with the company I chose to invest in their products, I own 11 Phenix Rods and darn Happy I do. Thank you Phenix for hiring good people to support your brand. Bravo ?

Absolutely worst experience I have ever been through in trying to have a warranty serviced. Talked to three different people at Phenix and they said three different things. They then directed me to two different retail businesses and said to go through them instead of dealing with Phenix directly. Each of those retail businesses then directed me back to Phenix to handle the broken rod which was under warranty. Two days and a lot of time wasted. Stick with competitor’s products, or be prepared to be very frustrated when one of their rods breaks on a fish!Part 2: found a gal (Scarlet) who took care of business with a positive attitude! Hire more folks like her!

I have 3 Phoenix fishing rods. M1, Black Diamond and Pandora. These are the lightest rods I've ever used, especially the M1. I can barely feel its weight. Beautiful, sturdy and durable, I received all I want from a rod.

Purchased an X10 was able to use it maybe 5 times due to the whole Covid situation, rod broke on a hook set probably around 18" - 24" from the reel the break itself looked strange and was a straight clean break. Needless to say they wouldn't replace it without me throwing more money at it and never provided any reason to why they wouldn't replace it, zero confidence in this product!
