I am sure, we're not the only one experience this. Many red flags noticed.Very disappointed, Poor customer services & interaction.Offered products, newsletter are interesting but when we tried to inquire something. No proper response on WhatsApp, email, direct calls etc.Fortuntaley didn't proceed any order, otherwise it would be hard to chase our order/refund.Try at your own risk.

Wow. I am super impressed with their service. The City of Lakewood has Jimmies tree service as one of their recommended list for tree removal. The 1st group has come to cut down the humongous tree in my parkway. There were about 7 men and a supervisor. One man cuts, other men maneuver the falls with a rope, other men picked up to grinder, and clean up. Job was done within an hour! Without any damaged to my hedge in front of it. Second group came for another day to grind the tree stump. They were on time and even early as expected. Grind the stump within an hour and cleaned up. Both group has done a superb job. I would definitely give this a 5 star with their fantastic service, plus their price was much lower than the other company. I'm glad the City Lakewood has recommended this company. I would highly recommended "Jimmies Tree Service" .

Jimmie and crew responded immediately. The arranged to come the next day and did a terrific job trimming all my trees and overgrown shrubs. The price was more than reasonable. They cleaned up everything. Crew members were friendly and were very careful to clarify exactly what I wanted. I've used this tree service twice. Super job!!

Our backyard trees and fruit trees were long over due for trimming. We must have gotten quotes from half dozen companies in the OC area who were giving us the run around and playing pricing games with us. Once we contacted Jimmie's Tree Service, they came over and provided a fair and reasonable quote for the amount of work we requested. They showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job in the backyard and with the fruit trees. Tony and his team took good care and cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use them again in the near future!

Believe the reviews. This is a family run business with some of the coolest people you will meet. Everyone from Big Jimmie to Jimmy Jr., Tony, Mona, and crew. These guys are bad asses. I've used Jimmies Tree Services a few times and gave lots of referrals. They are fast, cleanup after themselves, great at problem solving, & trustworthy.

We had Jimmie's do some sprinkler work for us and tear down an old shed. They were great. Super professional, on time, and did a great job. They wouldn't consider the job finished until we were totally satisfied. I would absolutely use them again for sprinkler or tree work.

Very happy with their service. I would highly recommend this company. We have used them before with great results. We have a very large pine tree in front of our house. When we have called, they respond quickly and do the job right. We even had another company we called refer Jimmie's because it was a big job.

I have been using Jimmy's Tree Service for the property I work at for the last 7years.They always do, exceptional work and! will always come if there is an emergency situation. The crew, including Jimmy's daughter( Mona) are all very courteous and work with you for what ever type of job you may have. They are always on time and are very respectful at cleaning up as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional good company to trust having them do your trees.Kudos to Jimmy's.

I used this company to remove plants/trees from my backyard in May & 4 out of the 5 plants have already started to grow back. I have had to dig & remove the root systems myself. I should have trusted my instincts & not used them when they did not show up for the initial estimate. I had to call them back. They did not call me. Then, when the workers showed up at my home for the removal, they were rude to my adult child who was nice enough to be helping me out. I did not have a good experience all the way through with this company...too bad.

Moving into a new place can be stressful enough. But then you discover small things that were overlooked. In this case, I overlooked an overgrown tree in the backyard right in the middle of the property line. I quickly turned to yelp to request support to remove the tree. Not only was this company very quick to reply, but they also fit me into their schedule next day, on a Saturday!When they showed up I was expecting a few hours of work. But they showed up with two crews, two trucks, and all of the equipment needed. What I thought would take hours, took minutes. Very professional, very courteous, very quick. Even the neighbor requested to get some of her trees to be taken down. Impressed is limited to the feeling these guys give me. When you know you know. And as I write this, we are currently getting some estimates for some additional yardwork, maybe some masonry work, and some yard electrical work. You can't go wrong with these guys. Great response. Great team. Great service.

Contacted Jimmie's TreeService on Thursday at 6pm to clear out palm trees and weeds from a sloped area in our garden, received a call back Friday at 9am, someone was at our property by 10am, an estimate given by 11am and a crew was out by 1pm with the job completed at 3pm! After contacting 8 other companies, who would appear, give an estimate and never reappear this was certainly impressive and I can't recommend them enough. The crew was professional, polite and ensured I was satisfied before leaving and did the job I requested to my satisfaction. I am definitely keeping them in mind for more garden work in the near future.

Returning Customer!! :) I just love this family owned business great staff had some tree removals done on my property yesterday with some tree trimmings am very detailed when it comes to trimming some of my trees but, the expert tree trimmer Sam, NAILED IT!!!! Another job well done jimmies!! You guys are awesome!!!!
