The employees were good, competent people. took their time and helped me figure out my problem. And after finding out I was in tough position, because I need my car for work, they instructed me on how to get the job done faster and for cheaper. I would definitely bring my car back for future repairs

I went to get an oil change and the new replacement motor filter they put in my car was for the completely wrong car, they must have thought I wouldn't have noticed and I do personally feel offended by it. I had to go all the way back and get it changed. I don't recommend this business to any woman who isn't knowledgeable about cars since they seem to take advantage of those who seem like they don't know better.

Please don't go here for services! My car had significant damage to a radiator part that I was able to find through a quick google search. I knew what the problem was before I went in and when I called I asked what the soonest availability to see my vehicle, they said 9:30am the same day. Couldn't get an estimate until they saw my car... ok whatever. I take it in and he lets me know they'll run a test and let me know by the end of the day... it takes a whole day to see a hole in the pipe? Be fr. I send a text asking for an update around 1:30pm they said they're barely working on getting the test done. Later on, they confirmed what I knew what needed to be done. It's $300. I asked how soon they could fix it, he says it takes about 30 mins but it could be until the next day (what??) and I let him know I work overnight so if I could have it that day, that would be great. Silence until next morning saying it's ready to be picked up. I checked the part prices on autozone and the parts were $30 and $6 respectively. I was charged $65 for one and $30 for the other...... $100!!!! I'm too nice to say no. $200 for labor. Not to mention my service engine light is still on. DON'T COME HERE!!!!

Orozcos Bell Flower location is awesome. I took my vehicle for a diagnostics and vehicle check due to a drivertrain malfunction error I was getting, the report they sent is pretty cool and gives you a great breakdown of the main repair for the issue and their recommended repairs, along with photos of the parts that weren't in good condition and the severity of each repair, and I didnt feel at any point that they were trying to pressure me into unnecesarry repairs. Throughout the duration if my selected repairs, they kept in contact with me daily which was a big plus. I highly recommend the mechanic Jesus he took great care of my car and gave some great info on the repairs that were done and that were going to be needed in the future advising I shouldnt have to worry about it for roughly another year. Thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle! Also a plus, the office is fully remodeled and very pleasant to be in, and they have a full fridge of complimentary water.

They did a tremendous job repairing my 1967 jeep radiator that had a branch go though it. I thought it was done. They repaired and pressure tested it. I'm very impressed with their service.

Searched for a place to get my 1998 mitsubishi montero fuel tank repaired from a small puncture which caused a gas leak and Orozco's Auto Service popped up! Gave them a call and Juan set me an appointment on the spot! Juan helped me out and made sure I was taken care of. They did a great job with a quick same day turn around and my fuel tank looks brand new! Thanks guys!

Again Orozcos, amazing comes through with quality service and communication between "customer" and technical support . I had a problem with a recent auto tow package put on my car. The technician was able to locate my problem. My gear shift from park to drive was stuck in park. He located a device with an on off switch. I was in aware of. Highly recommend this place for auto service and repairs. Always a fair price. Brought my friend in with possible water pump and hose leaks. Juan and techs found no leaks for either and saved me money, about $300. Thank you Juan and techs for excellent service! Michele Dan Smith. Thanks again. I would recommend Orozco's anytime. The service provided was 1st class. I would absoultly feel comfortable sending a family member to get assistance. The knowledgable service provide by Eddie was great im sure it was just another day for him but i was blown away at how he walked me through the process, explained the type of service i was getting and what needed to be done ro resolve my radiator service. This says alot about the estiblishment and the quality of people and support you will get from Orozco's.

Called to arrange an am drop off . Service advisor said they could review and evaluate car same day. Dropped off vehicle took uber back to work . As the day progressed and no call from the shop, I decided to Call and follow up - service advisor mentioned they were too busy and have not seen my car and will not be able to see it same day as mentioned? A courtesy call to let me know the situation would have helped, but nothing was done. Took Uber back to pick up car no work done. I couldn't imagine if I wouldn't have followed up myself?

Brought my car here because I have the warranty with CarMax and I was sick of getting the "we don't know what you're talking about....there's a problem with your car?" attitude from CarMax, while my car is rumbling and sounds like it's ready to launch to the moon. These guys went above and beyond to help me get my car repairs done and covered under the warranty!! They accommodated me when I came in at the last minute and was literally a couple of days away from my warranty expiring. The establishment is nice and clean, they use an online system via text that lets me know they: a)have the right car (pictures) b) the various problems they found with my car and they have excellent customer service skills. Took my car to Hi Tech Auto in Bellflower and they told me my transmission was slipping and it would be a $2500.00 fix. Orozco's could've easily agreed to that diagnosis, but they were honest about what they found and did not agree. Thanks again for the excellent experience and I now know where to bring both of my vehicles for service and maintenance! --Adrian Arellano

THIS PLACE HAS NO ORGANIZATION. THEY PUT ME 6 WEEKS BEHIND ON MY BUILD. I went there to simply get my tank cleaned out. It took 7 weeks. I told them I'm building a show car with over 30k invested. The tank is exposed and visible: The first guy I was working with quit the job. So there was no communication. Then George took over. After 2 weeks he gave me back my tank with THE WRONG SENDING UNIT! Really!!! ? So when I began to tell George that it was the wrong one, he raised his voice and told me "STOP TRIPPING." Then he went in the back and got my sending Unit. It's for a VDO gauge and he gave me something of a Volvo. No apology. He handed me the sending unit in pieces. Told me to take it. The tank was all dented up with big patches welded on and the coating looked like a kid did it. He also raised the price from $350 to $800. So I made him fix the welds. After 2 more weeks passed, i called him on a Thursday and he said it would be done the next day. So I drove 1.5 hours on the following Monday and my tank wasn't even there. It was getting sandblasted, which George never mentioned. It was a 3 hour round trip that day. Then when I Talked to George he just kept lying and raising his voice over me. He told me that he needed another day but then he didn't call me for another 2 weeks. I kept asking him to get me a gasket for the sending unit and to give me back my hose clamps but he seemed like he didn't care. He lost those parts Overall he's rude and just wants your money: If he makes a mistake, he gets loud and just talks over you instead of correcting the mistake or owning it. I won't go here again and the mechanic who recommended this place had been notified to stop sending customers here.

This place is a SCAM. Please take your auto service somewhere else!! I took my gas tank here, me and my uncle are doing a project, and they did NOT do anything to my gas tank. There was still rust...they just gave it a new paint job!! My uncle has been working on cars for over 40 years and was so disappointed. I can't put my gas tank back in the way it was, and its a classic!! I took the tank back and they told me that they would fix it...my uncle was disgusted with the service even after that. I'm never coming back here again and I hope you don't either. I might have to take my gas tank somewhere else

My ac lost a charge due to a leak in the ac condenser. I did not have the time to fix it myself, nor did I have an ac machine. So I brought my vehicle here. I have used this place before, I thought their prices were a little high, but in a pinch it would do. Well, they tried to get me for a whole system at $1800. They tried to tell me the compressor and expansion valve were bad, there was a blockage in the system. Tried to justify it by saying there were a lot of miles on the ac pump. Just overall trying to sell me something I did not need. They said they saved me money on the condenser, but at check out, Jaime said he did not know anything about that, I would have to take that up with George who I was dealing with before. So a price of $650 to change an ac condenser. So I get home, and decide to do a once over on everything that was touched before I make any important commutes. Most of my grille clips were broken, and those are a dealer only item. I had to call back to get a credit on the condenser. So at this point, I will never give them anymore business. I hope anyone in the bellflower area and surrounding areas move on to another shop. If you cant trust the people to be honest with you, its not worth the headache. There are other reviews that reflect my same experience. If I broke something on a car I was working on, clips, parts, whatever it may be, its my responsibility to replace it like factory if possible. Even if i had to charge for clips. But to leave them broken is poor craftsmanship.
