If you can take your business somewhere else. The new "boss" is so inconsiderate. I am pregnant with a toddler in hands who just came in to get strawberries, and their system was down, so no one can slide a card. I had cash in hand, strawberries are only $1 each, I was ready to pay and after waiting 10 minutes she had to reset the whole system which would take 20 additional minutes. I came during my break, my toddler was crying in hands that she wanted strawberries and this lady couldn't take my cash and then scan my items at a later unbelievable. Take your business somewhere else. I won't be coming here again.

Their customer service tone overall is horrible. No welcoming customers, or attention and continuing to talk about their personal life’s is not professional. They forget that even if the customer is WIC we’restill customers after all, and they've willingly agreed to give you our money.

I never usually write reviews but today I went in and Cindy helped me. Her customer service was okay but when it came to organizing my stuff she was LAZY. Usually when I go to Norwalk they organize all my stuff so neatly. She also made me put my own stuff on the cart when I have never done so usually they also organize It in the cart for you. She did offer to help me out to my car but by this point I was so unsatisfied with the customer service I just wanted to leave.

Theres 2 older women that work there that are so nice and helpful! And then theres 2 younger girls. One of the two younger girls makes me so mad when i come in because shes not very welcoming and kind of rude. The other young girl is veryyyy helpful and super nice! For some reason when i go in on the days that the rude young girl is there, i get so irritated and try to remember what day shes there so that i dont come in on those days! Other than that, the store is cool.

The girls here never look happy, don't really greet you, and are not really helpful. Need to improve on there customer service, But over all products are good.

First time WIC member & the employees here are extremely helpful. I was in & out in less than 10 min & the lady who helped me informed me of what items I qualified for... coming here is easier than going to a grocery store.

Wow! What an experience!! Up until two days ago I had been buying my WIC groceries at Winco and Walmart (occasional issue here and there, but that's another story). However, since this pandemic started I haven't been able to get the groceries that I need. Last month I missed out on eggs, milk, and all my dry foods! After telling this to my friend she told me to come here. When I say WOW! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE, I mean it. The workers are extremely kind and helpful. I didn't know what to do at first and they guided me along the way. I was literally in an out within 15 minutes, buying everything my WIC allows me to because my balance is about to expire. Not only am I over joyed that I can shop here from now on and not deal with the hassle of Walmart taking down their WIC stickers, but the people here made this grocery run the easiest thing I've ever had to do, other than breathing ! Y'all, I don't make this up ! Also, from what I know, the people here help you take your groceries to your car, but due to social distancing they can't at the moment. No problem tbh. Again, I'll be here next month :)
