Seems to be a new team here and it's all good! I'm definitely coming back for my upgrade. Art helped me with my phone issues and even got myself a better case and new screen protector. Reasonable pricing and helpful employees. Art and Tony are doing great in my opinion!

Just for the record I have been in MetroPCS Customer for years came to this particular store in reference to updating my PIN immediately shut me down tell me I need to go to corporate office just for the record I'm very knowledgeable in reference to this process all I needed was my California driver's license which I had long story short do not recommend this store if you need professional courtesies help quite frankly they need to go back to customer service School . And for the record I am a previous retail clerk as well with lots more professionalism and respect towards each and every customer thank you.....

I have been with Metro PCS for 5 years now and I am so done with them right now! It is bad enough that you have to pay for these phones up front....no payment plans. And now you can't even call them over the phone anymore to switch from one bad metro pcs phone to another won't later long Metro pcs phone without paying a fee.....are you serious right now, you gotta be that greedy for extra money! I think it is time for a new provider
