Very disappointed on Christmas Eve !! You should have stayed open till at least 3pm in order to give your customers a chance to retrieve their last minute deliveries.

Staff is helpful , kind and very understanding . Always a smile to welcome you with. This is the bestest place to have your mail delivered to. Safe and secured too. All around great place.

Needed to find a place with scanning services and The Mail Room had it. Although I didn't use it, they also have a copy and fax machine. It looked like they also have p.o. boxes. The man behind the counter was helpful and polite.
